Took the Cybex Libelle on holiday with us and it was brilliant. It folds down so small that it was hardly taking up any room at all. Made travelling with the little one a lot easier and we're really pleased with it

i wish i read the reviews before i placed the order.
When i ordered my recaro car seat it said 7-10 working days delivery.
2 weeks went by without a single message from them so i emailed to get an ETA.
Took one week to respond saying theres a delay with their supplier and no further information. another 2 weeks went by without hearing anything so i emailed again- they said the same thing.
another week went by and i tried to call the shops phone number- no answer.
It took just under 2 months to receive my order with no apology. There was no mention that they dont stock these in store, if i had known that id of cut them out and gone elsewhere that stocks them.

We sincerely apologise for the extended delay in receiving your Recaro car seat and the lack of clear communication throughout the process. We understand your frustration with the delivery timeframe and the difficulty in getting updates. We are actively reviewing our communication protocols and supplier management to prevent similar situations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Recaro have moved warehouse in both Germany and the UK. This had resulted in extreme delays in stock arriving in the UK. This has been incredibly difficult situation for us and we have scheduled a meeting with the country manager early next month to understand the issues, and to prevent this happening again.
The flow of information from Germany has been very poor and not allowing us to offer the levels of customer service we would like.
Again please accept our apologies in this matter.

The nursing pillow has actually made such a difference to getting comfortable at night. I wasn't expecting it to be quite so useful, but it's really helped me sleep better and takes a lot of pressure off. Really glad I got one.

Our little one had finally outgrown his Axkid Minikid, so we moved him onto the Nextkid. It's been a really easy transition and he seems really comfortable in it. Nice to have a seat that gives us plenty of room to grow into as well. Would definitely this seat.

I’d generally avoid - terrible supplier management
I’d generally avoid if you want anything on time.
We ordered a car seat bundle, which at the time of ordering displayed no lead time. One week later we were told there was a lead time of an additional 7-10 days. After the 10 days we were told it would be another 10 days.
We complained and arranged for a different (more expensive - even with the pretty miserly discount from Baby & Co.) product to be ordered on the basis that this product was in stock and ready to be dispatched.
Only after we completed that order were we told that the new product was also now on a 7-10 day lead time. Again we complained and Baby & Co dispatched half of the bundle which eventually arrived.
After 10 days, unsurprisingly, the other half still hasn’t arrived and we’ve been told it will be dispatched next week (ie another 7 days) with minimal apology from Baby & Co. I won’t hold my breath.
Other complaints on here concern lead times so it’s clearly a systemic issue.
For what it’s worth we actually found most products much cheaper elsewhere - wish we’d got the lot elsewhere (Halfords for car seats, who dispatched next day).
I wouldn’t recommend if you need these things on time (as most people do for baby products).

Really good company
Really good company, ordered an ergobaby metro 3 stroller as they had a really good offer on it. Far cheaper than competitors. The stroller was shipped the same day and arrived quickly in perfect condition.
