The product is great and actually very customisable, but even better still are the support team who have always got back to me in less than 24 hours. I ask for some crazy customisations and they make them work every time. If you're looking for a decent front end for B2B sales and product management - B2B Wave rocks. My only recommendation for improvement is that it would help if customers knew just how customisable B2BWave is, as a lot of the features have to be unlocked by their team and so people might not know they exist as options to have. Overall - definitely recommend.
