I have been using AWeber for many years and they have kept up with the fast pace of technology advancements! I use AWeber to create email lists and last hear, they updated with creating newsletters. The most recent update coming very soon is integrating ChatGPT with AWeber. Whenever I need tech support, they are only a call or email away. User friendly platform- was great as a beginner learning email marketing. Unfortunately I closed my business and was no longer using the service when I noticed I got charged my annual fee. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the year and Will P. was so helpful in assisting me. If I ever send out emails again for a new business I'll definitely come back!

We've been happy with Aweber for 15 years. I love their platform (e.g., drag-and-drop, deliverability...) and their customer service. Years ago they helped me via telephone–a real human who was a patient expert. Recently, I used their email access to help. Will, Amanda, & Matt did a quick relay to get my challenge solved and questions answered for a successful outcome. Artificial Intelligence can misunderstand what we're asking, but real humans know best. :) Thanks so much, Will, Amanda, & Matt!

I have been with AWeber for less than a month. As a REALTOR®, we as agents, uses a lot technology and systems. Unfortunately, there is usually a learning curve.
