I ordered on line 6 products, they delivered 4 items yesterday but 2 items were missing, I have tried to contact via wats app but that was closed due to large numbers, the email address pings back, and when I phoned there was a 30 min waiting time so not sure how to contact them now ???

Very poor customer service. I tried to help my daughter out after her account accrued so.e late fees, during a tough period for her. Avon didn't care. Avoid as they will exploit you and offer no support when you're young and trying to show some work ethic and independence

I see that many people leave bad reviews, probably because they had a bad experience. And I'm sorry that this happened to you. But I want to say that I am very happy with the order, after ordering on the 25th I received the parcel on October 30, 5 days later. I was very afraid to order, having read many bad reviews, but I still decided to order, since Avon is my favorite company, and I have long been looking for how to order directly. And I was not disappointed, thank you that the customer service responded in 1 day, to my email. I want to say thank you, I was satisfied.+++++

I use Avon Skin So Soft with jojoba because it protects me from Mosquito bites. I bought 6 bottles before going to Costa Blanca on holiday and despite soaking myself in it, I'm still getting bit. 🙃 Have they changed the formula??

Contacted Customer Service re an item I purchased that I'm very disappointed with.
After a couple of messages back and forth it appears that Avon don't want to accept responsibility for their poor quality product.

Terrible misleading service. Received a discount code for signing up to newsletter. Email states 10% off 1st order but when entered at check out, states invalid code. After a number of calls to customer services and being given conflicting information ie code is for 2nd order, a lady advised the code cannot be used with discounted items and referred me to T&C's!! There is no indication of this in the discount code email which is disgraceful. The T&C's state "Cannot be used in conjunction with any other PROMOTIONAL CODES" so I am left somewhat confused as the items I was looking to purchase did not have a discount code, they were simply on offer. The whole this is farcical, a bit of a con and only causes frustration to potential customers. This is not what I thought AVON was about. Very disappointed in them.

Unbelievably they use the worst delivery service on the planet, Evri, so I have needed to divert my parcel to the parcel shop that's miles away for collection because it would either get stolen or lost if left for Evri's dishonest driver to deliver.
First and last order with Avon.com as It's too much aggravation, while they only have Evri as a delivery option - And I see they don't bother to address any negative feedback, showing their obvious utter contempt for their customers.

Avon sent the package to my old addres despite emailing and calling to say it's the wrong address. Avon response is that unless I go pick up the package they can do nothing. So out of pocket. Just the worst service ever. Through no fault of my own I lose money. Never, ever, ever again. Be warned!

After a very long time I got excellent service from the call center. Lovely lady renisha was helpful. Answered all my question. Been a rep for 15 years and recently the treatment we been getting as reps is absurd. You need more people like her the reps will be happy.

Would be a zero for zero Customer service. I put a online order through a agent. I had a confirmation email saying good choice ext .. a week later nothing ,so my agent rang up ,she was told there had been a computer error ,there will be a full refund ,in 3-5 days . A week later still nothing . I rang and was reassured a refund would go through in 3-5 days! . A week later nothing .. so I ring again & say I want my refund today ..as this is not good enough . Oh we can't do that ..it will definitely be in 3-5 days ..day of four and still waiting.. absolutely disgusting.. I'm afraid Avon have lost a customer.

Reviews requested by Avon for the individual products purchased, unfortunately the ‘Star’ rating link did not respond. I have tried several times.
I can see no other method of completing reviews on their own website at all.
Which is a shame, every business deserves honest feedback per item sold.
I have been a customer of Avon for years, often via my job/work, where a colleague was an Avon Rep.
I have had favourite products over the years.
Some, very sadly, discontinued.
I have often wondered when Avon developed a product that proved popular, they might have “sold on” the formula to other businesses.
Hence, “discontinued” by Avon.
Avon, to me, is always worth considering when considering cosmetic and fragrance type purchases.

Omg absolute shambles ordered for the first time £40 order nothing init was what I ordered must have someone else's had the hassle of having to send it back to get an email saying my order has now been dispatched and it was same order number as before waited another 2 weeks called for them to tell me nothings been send I'm still currently waiting for it I definetly will not be buying again from them I thought buying direscnmt from supplier would be easier it's an absolute joke!!

All my perfumes were delivered on time plus a complimentary lipstick 💄 😍

Terrible customer service. It's almost as if they don't want you to be able to contact them in any way. Forty minutes hanging on their phone line before I got fed up (and who knows how much this was costing?). Then tried their WhatsApp contact - EIGHTEEN HOURS later (and counting) I've still not had a reply. Would not recommend dealing with this company. There are so many better retailers out there.

Wanted to place an order for my wife/daughter. Do registered for the 10% discount, a code that didn’t work. So I used the WhatsApp contact, and when I did get a reply wanted me to place the order and send in a screen shot for a refund of the 10%. I said no, I’d like a code that worked. A dozen or so messages and over 10 minutes trying to speak to someone, I’ve given up. It’s not the discount but the principle tells so much more. Why would you deal with a company with zero customer service? Hope my wife heeds my advice…….

Shipment SH754319 had most of items missing I have e mailed Avon last week when my package arrived open and tucked inside box, the items Missing are ultimate shine shampoo, ultimate shine spray and leave in conditioner spray, not happy has haven’t had an e mail back so could you e mail me back and let me know if and when these products will arrive Thankyou .

Avon is a great opportunity to earn some extra money. Especially in the current times. I have been selling Avon for 14 years and have not found any major issues during this time.
I personally believe that if there is a problem it is best to remain calm and discuss the problem. Use the name of the person you are talking to.
When I have ordered online for direct delivery by Avon to customers there have been no issues.

I received the wrong size pyjamas 4 times. When I told them the first time, they resent the same wrong size. I then contacted them again and asked them to check why this happened twice because surely there must be something wrong at the depot or something. I warned them I'd ask for a refund if the wrong size was sent a third time..... Which it did. I got a refund...and also got another parcel from them which I didn't ask for. It contained....the wrong sized pyjamas for the 4th time!!! I give up! It actually made me laugh because it's so ridiculous! Also, customer service is not very good at all. The first couple of emails were alright (for the first mistake), after that I got a "thanks for your email", nothing else... And then my emails were pretty much not answered anymore. It's like they don't care. The good thing is I didn't have to return the pyjamas, so no hassle on that side. They'll probably go to a charity shop.
