This is a review on their advertising not the product, which is a small chopper. The guy on the site says free shipping. But on the order form £5.19 has been charged for shipping. I didn't place the order. I now take notice of where the product is being shipped. I live in London but if something is being shipped from the US or China, I skip it since it takes 3 to 4 weeks. If you try to return something to China it'll cost twice as much in shipping than you paid for the item.

FAULTY WALLETS
I ordered two wallets from this company. [ORDER NO 374284]
They arrived some three weeks later.The inside mechanisms are missing which renders them totally useless.
I've Emailed Averyard three times and have received no reply.
So I'm assuming they think they can simply keep the money and move on and nobody will do anything about it. WRONG!! -I WONT LET IT GO.

Don't steal money from your customers!
Unfortunately, I found "Averyard" on YouTube when I was surfing around among shorts videos. I saw a funny thing that would keep the windshield free of ice in winter and ordered 5 of them. The cost was 358.32 sek. The order was placed on 2025-11-17. Order number is: ave-82465. That order never came to my house and worst of all, "Averyard.com" never answered my emails even though I sent them 4 emails, but not a word was heard from them. So poorly done. That's not how you do it. You don't steal money from your customers. At least that's how you get in touch. I think it's cowardly and irresponsible not to even answer.

Poor or No Customer Service
Unfortunately, there is no category for less than one star. I bought a power washer gun and quickly noted that it didn't have the right quick connect for my Karcher. I left two emails over a week ago asking how I could return the product. Nothing.
Company replied only after this was posted on Trustpilot. In the meantime, I went to a parts store and bought the proper coupling for my Karcher. As it is midwinter, I've not been able to test this product.

I bought an item on a Youtube ad and clicked on what I thought was one item, turns out the four item was most popular and was already clicked on and highlighted which I was unaware, I ended up buying five items. When my order came through me email I saw the mistake and emailed them immediately to correct my order, which they did not. My items came three (3) weeks later. I will never buy from this online platform ever again. I looked up their return merchandise address online and it doesn't exist. Totally Unsatisfied Customer!

Customer service was a bit slow to respond, but eventually when they did, they were compliant with my request to cancel my order and issue a refund.

But affected by peak season recently, the goods need to be disinfected and checked at the customs and warehouse. It will resulting in delayed delivery.
