Beaucoup d'initiatives différentes sur des sujets prioritaires: politique, environnement, respect humain . Des actions concrètes qui permettent a tous de s'impliquer selon ses valeurs et convictions.

I have supported AVAAZ for many years now, because they are independent and trustworthy. They give people and communities a voice (indigenous people in south America/ Gaza and others) and fight for human rights and for the protection of our planet - the rainforests, the oceans, wildlife.

This is an organisation which seems to me to support many worthwhile causes and campaigns and to have a large network that allows them to work efficiently and effectively.

Avaaz is an incredible association that shares information about important causes (humanitarian, environmental) in the world and by collecting millions of signatures helps to change things. It gives you the opportunity to add your signature and voice to these efforts to make our world a better, fairer and more ethic place for everyone. While many news outlets can often not share the full story, they not only provide the information, but also find ways to apply pressure and get the voice of the community heard. You can support with your signature only or send small donations if you feel that a certain cause is very important for you. Thank you Avaaz for your great work and for bringing so many people's voices to the surface.

Ik ben zo trots om een deel van Avaaz te zijn. Te zien dat elk kleine samenwerking zoveel groots kan waarmaken.

In deze gewelddadige tijd waarin diplomatie en verbinding ver te zoeken zijn, is het zo troostend dat er organisaties bestaan die al hun kwaliteiten inzetten om vrede te bewerkstelligen en de gevoelens van machteloosheid die bij veel mensen leeft, om te zetten in actie. Ga zo door het is enorm inspirerend.

AVAAZ défend des valeurs que je partage et cela fait du bien de savoir qu'on n'est pas seul, cela fait garder un peu d'espoir pour le devenir de l'humanité !

De doelen waar Avaaz voor strijdt, steun ik van harte. Ik vind wel dat er een (betere) financiële verantwoording moet zijn voor alle inkomsten en uitgaven en dat deze rekening moet zijn gecheckt door een officiële accountant. We hebben hier totaal geen inzicht in. Overigens heb ik in het verleden meerdere keren om zo'n financiële verantwoording gevraagd, maar helaas zonder resultaat. Dat maakt de vraag des te nijpender.

Ze doen een prachtig en zeer belangrijk werk voor de mensheid.

Avaaz est une formidable communauté de 70 millions de membres, qui existe depuis une vingtaine d'années et que je considère avec beaucoup d'admiration et de respect. Je signe ses pétitions qui touchent des domaines variés auxquels ils me semble nécessaire d'apporter ma voix et je participe à ses appels aux dons, quand cela m'est possible avec une totale confiance. Avaaz est devenue au fil des années et des nombreuses victoires qu'il a remportées dans des domaines aussi variés que le climat, la politique, l'humanitaire, une sorte d'institution et un symbole de la lutte citoyenne contre les oppressions de toute nature, quelle que soit leur forme.

Avaaz is een gemeenschap van internationaal georiënteerde, moedige mensen die in beweging komen tegen onrecht, geweld, machtsmisbruik, verspilling en afbraak van de natuur en die de ongebreidelde macht van de corporate world aanvechten.
Voor mij is de organisatie een baken van hoop in een wereld die mij niet zelden tot waanhoop drijft.
Het bestaan en de acties van Avaaz zijn doordrenkt van het besef dat we maar één wereld hebben en dat die wereld bescherming behoeft.

Ik vind dat Avaaz heel vaak snel de vinger op de zere plekken in de werld legt en dit altijd zeer goed onderbouwd met betrouwbare bronnen.

Avaaz helps to make the world a better place. It calls for action in the form of petitions and funding to support people and initiatives around the world to stop biodiversity loss, climate change and to promote democratic values.

Avaaz est une organisation qui défend des causes importantes et qui fait une différence dans le monde. Sans cette organisation, il y aurait encore plus d'injustices qui seraient commises sans que personne ne soit au courant et ne puissent intervenir.

For several years now I have been receiving emails from Avaaz having first been put in touch with them on recommendation from a friend.

Avaaz brings to my attention world wide matters of concern to me. These concerns range from social concerns of inequities, prejudice and lack of security to large scale conservation injustices affecting human communities and the natural world. Many times I have not heard of the matters they highlight so they are providing a valuable education for me. At times I feel depressed that there is so much suffering in the world.

However, by providing petitions to sign and enabling donations to bring about change I feel that I can make a difference when my little contribution is added to the thousands of others who share my concerns.

Recent feedback on how Avaaz is assisting Palestinians with replanting food gardens/orchards and restoring hope to the people who have had the basic right and security of providing for themselves ripped from them indicates that the Avaaz team are getting their work right.

I hope Avaaz continues to grow to change our world with ever increasing people support.
