The product (reducing hose 16mm to 13mm) is fine. The reason for dropping two stars is the performance of the vendor's delivery contractor Yodel. The parcel was returned to the Yodel depot twice (driver ran out of time) before eventually being delivered a week late and only after the vendor and myself had contacted Yodel to prioritise it. As it happened, the order was not urgent, but it could have been, and this level of delivery service is unacceptable

Very good service, returns easy and they also happily swapped out some items from my order when I picked the wrong size. Quick delivery too!

I ordered and paid for 20L of Adblue (for diesel cars) via ebay, they only shipped 10L and wouldn't respond to my request for either a part refund or the balance of the order. So I opened a case against them on ebay to which their only response was "close the case before we can respond"! Obviously I didn't and now ebay have part refunded me. These people tried to rip me off...

Parts showing as available on the web were not in stock, I ordered and paid for next day delivery on the Friday but didn't find out there was no stock until I contacted them and got a response on the Tuesday, they refunded the next day charge and apologised

They me sold parts that they didnt have in stock. They said the parts would be in soon but they didn't arrive. Had to cancel a few things on my order in order to get the rest of the parts through. Not great. I would possibly use them again
