Vastaus yritykseltä Auto Lease Compare
Hi Nicola, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review based on your past experience. Typically it takes up to 48 hours for a leasing provider to respond. We've checked our records and can see you submitted an enquiry at 2146 on a Friday. The leasing provider to which you submitted an enquiry to is not open over the weekends, as displayed on our website, and so their offices haven't been open between the time you submitted enquiry and the time you posted this review. When we received this review we had asked the leasing provider to contact you directly. If you are still having trouble connecting with them please email us directly at info@autoleasecompare.com and we can assist you further. Have a great day.

The site wouldn't update the lease price once I had added in extra options. I had to ring the leasing company directly to find out. Otherwise, as expected - although this is a fairly crucial weakness!
