Hi Iain, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review based on your experience. Upon receiving your review we did launch an investigation into what had happened and been in touch with the leasing provider who you sent your enquiry to. They have since informed us that there was an error in their pricing which they sent to us to advertise on their behalf and they have also informed us that they have tried to contact all customers who were affected by this. If you haven't heard from them or have any other issues please email us directly at info@autoleasecompare.com
Becareful of data gathering CRM strategy with Data Mining
Missleading advertising by vanorama, just data gathering to offer you other sales with the excuse " its an error" ....if it looks too good to be true the it probably is!

Utter falsehoods
I sent an enquiry to lease a car, completed the information form.
However when I received the confirmation it was for a completely different offer, over 250% more expensive.
False advertising
False pricing
False offers

Hi Kate,
Thanks for taking the time to leaving us a review.
We have checked our database and have seen that you had sent one enquiry on the 30/08 at 9pm - an hour before you left this review. As it is a bank holiday and after work hours it is highly unlikely that you would have received a quote at this time.
We have however began an investigation in this matter to come to the bottom of it to understand what has happened.
If you have any other issues please reach us directly at info@autoleasecompare.com.
Excellent internet site

Hi J.P, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review based on your past experience. We are sorry to hear that none of our leasing providers got back to you in time to secure a lease deal and this is certainly not the service we demand from our leasing providers - we have since investigated this issue and asked the leasing providers in question to get in touch with you. If you have any other questions or concerns please do email us directly at info@autoleasecompare.com
