I wanted to know how to log into Auto Entry which I hadn’t used before and spoke to Nathan. He guided me through the steps as to how to log in and where to enter my invoices. This is going to be so useful for me and save time with manually entering invoices.

Ongoing issues with Synch to Sage Line 50
Have to contact support regularly. This visit was fine, but was using my own experience to resolve the ongoing issue of re-synching between Autoentry and Sage Line 50. Where for some reason the connect drops. Also when you disconnect the integration and reconnect it, the Individual Supplier rules for Capturing line data are switched from on to off
