We’re sorry for your experience. It seems you raised a concern that you actually 'never subscribed' to the account in the first place. This was on 8th September.

On 10th September, as a matter of due diligence, our support team sent your request to our internal Fraud detection team to detect any suspicious activity that may have caused this. As part of this process we normally notify your bank to check if the transaction was legit.

However, on 11th September, we got notified by your bank that you already raised a Fraudulent dispute. Since it was already escalated to your bank, we abandoned the investigation at our end and REFUNDED the money directly back to your bank.

I can see from our end that the bank did receive the funds on 17th September to their triage account and that the money was ALREADY refunded to your account around the 8th to 10th of October. I wish it was sooner, but typically for disputes banks take a long time at their end - its their process.

I understand your frustration, but please note that we did everything right here. Only other thing we should have done is more promptly let you know that we were already investing it internally. We will work to make the process better.

I hope this serves as a satisfactory explanation - please understand we are not out there to 'Scam' you. I sincerely hope you'd reconsider your rating. If there's anything else you need, kindly don’t hesitate to ask.

No you didn't.. thats not accurate. You subscribed at 9:30am EST on 6th October for Trial. You were charged at 9:30am EST on 13th of October, just after your 7 days trial. You raised a ticket to cancel the subscription for the First time later that day on 13th October...

Your ticket "I would like to cancel my membership and get refund". It clearly implies that you didn't request cancellation before you were charged.
Also, the chatbot immediately replied sharing a link for you to cancel immediately with just 2 clicks. You can cancel from within the app.

Hi Lema - hundreds of these reviews are genuine - Trustpilot have very smart algos to detect fake reviews.

Sorry to hear about your experience but most of our products are free. Never in the history of the company have we charged for newsletters. The only subscription product we have is our Autism 360 app which is a market leader in this segment with tens of thousands of downloads each month.
So it seems you were not clear of what you signed up for, even though every page very clearly mentions the price and whether its subscription or not.
Also there is no Phone support for App subscribers (if thats what you're referring to). All support requests received through the App (or via the Contact Us page) on our website are resolved in 2 business days. So please share where you have requested support and we will be glad to refund.
