Sold my house with the Canford Heath office back in June great experience with Kyle and his team, all viewings were accompanied even though my house was in Wimborne an offer them close to the full asking price constant updates and information on the sale progression , Thank you to all the team here
We rented with Austin&Wyatt Bournemouth, great at first couldnt do more for us. However over months our home became covered in mould and damp. No fault of ours! Bit Austin&Wyatt and countrywide and our landlord didnt want to know. We in the end had to go to the council, in return we had a load of abuse from our landlord and our 4 year old was scared to be at home and never wanted to go home. What made it even worse is we had to get rid of a lot of our belongings when we moved due to the mould that had got to it. We have now had to start again. Honestly the worst experience of my life. And with my child and trying to keep them healthy too. Oh and the 1 star id actually give it 0!
Austin & Wyatt Bournemouth:
It was only when I threatened to terminate the contract that they pulled their finger out and started allowing viewings. The sales process took an entire year thanks to the buyer’s solicitor (recommended by Austin Wyatt). The entire process has been nothing but stress.
Please contact the lovely Marta at Palmer Snell for a much better service.
Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.
