Atlantis Water Softeners Arvostelua 

Fantastic product and service. I purchased model aT210 years ago and was very happy with how simple it was to use. Then it stopped working and COVID 19. So no soft water - with three bathrooms to clean!
Today I phoned Atlantis and spoke to Jane. She asked for photos of installation and rang me back very promptly. Somehow the by-pass valve had been turned the wrong way. 90 degree turn and bingo! All working. Now that's service for you.
If it hadn't been that easy they would have arranged to have the softner picked up, fixed and by courier as we are out of their service area. I don't think you can ask for better service. Thank you Atlantis and all your staff. Thank goodness you've managed to weather the COVID horrific distruption for so many businesses.

An excellent service provided by the Atlantis Water Softeners engineer when he visited to repair and service our water softener, extremely efficient and very reasonably priced, and he also took great care to be Covid safe

Engineer Steve was very professional and thorough, explaining everything to us who had never had a water softener before. Machine was fully serviced and the necessary parts replaced. 100% happy with the visit.

Subsequently went to the Haverhill depot to buy salt. Competitively priced but the elderly man in the workshop would benefit from customer liaison training!

I have an old AT210 water softener that had developed a fault. Mark Edge provided knowledgeable technical support offering advice and patiently taking me through diagnostic checks over the phone that enabled me to troubleshoot the issue and get the softener working again. Would not hesitate to use Atlantis again.

Atlantis came out to do a 2 year service and a fault check for our water softener which kept over filling itself with water. Fast and excellent service received, despite current Covid 19 situation. The engineer was friendly and practiced safe social distancing with PPE.

I have had the A350 water softener installed for several months now and find it to be the ideal solution. It is quiet, economical and reliable. I have had water softeners for over 30 years and this one is the best by far. It uses far less salt than the previous ones. I find that with two people in the house it only needs to be topped up once a month.
Dealing with Atlantis was a pleasure both on the phone and with their engineers.
I highly recommend the A350 and the firm.

The filter of my old softener unit burst and within 24 hours the company had fitted a new softener and unblocked all water outlets. The service was superb with Steve proving to be a highly competent engineer and ambassador for the company with Mark in support. Many thanks to you both.

I have owned an Atlantis water softener for 3 years, and it is an excellent product which has worked flawlessly. In the last couple of days I have experienced a small technical issue, and needed to contact the company. Although the company have had to close temporarily due to Covid 19, I was able to speak to Mark who was picking up calls remotely. He provided excellent technical advice, sending me a photo to my phone of a component that needed simple maintenance, and talked me through a repair process which solved my problem. I have nothing but praise for Mark and the company. Their customer service, in these difficult times, went above and beyond what you could hope for. I can honestly say that, when this company re-opens, I would recommend their products and customer service to anyone wishing to purchase a water softener. Thanks Mark for all your help.

When I booked the service I was quoted for the service only (£126) with no mention of additional cost of parts. Even when the service was being carried out the engineer did not mention of any additional parts being replaced. I was only told about the extra £102.10 for the parts replacement when the job was completed. Being an OAP with limited income and considering the present situation I was taken aback and don't think it was fair.

Excellent company and water softeners. My water softener is over 10 years old and developed a small leak. I telephoned the company with the issue. They told me how to isolate the device to stop the leak, and an engineer came out the next day to fix the problem. A local company providing a fantastic service. The two people I spoke to on the telephone and the service engineer, were really lovely and so helpful.

Although our first breakdown visit was deferred, ( the engineer apologised for this which I appreciated ) hence a four star rating however your engineer appeared very competent and what I found really excellent was that he showed me the actual fault and hopefully with his adjustment will prevents it from re occurring.

We had refurbed unit which it great. our last one was around 19 years old this says a lot about Atlantis water softeners which prove they must be the best.

Not happy the motor went on this water softener after just 17 months.
Also had to pay £81.00 for the call out.The company offered a free service after 6 months.,Not really good enough when the motor is meant to last years
