Great service this morning
Great service this morning from Atlantis after logging a fault with our softener last week...
The engineer was on time and quickly found the root cause of the issue and then continued to service the machine.
He also answered various questions I had and gave me some really good advice around usage and saving water / salt etc.
It's refreshing to have a local company that I know I can rely on in the event of a breakdown, they are very friendly, well organised and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Altantis Water Treatment Ltd, Good or Bad??
Today I am a very happy man. I get a wonderful experience in my life. I just Installed a Water Softener from "Altantis Water Treatment Ltd". The system was installed by a very nice gentleman "Steve". He is not only so lovely, but polite, skilful and helpful. I am really impressed by his professionalism. The job was done with perfection. We are 200% satisfied with him and his good company. Good service very happy
Old water softener was due for its service, found a number of issues and reviewed options to repair was more than a new refurbished unit.
Our last unit was a refurbished item and lasted about 18 years.
Very happy with the service and the friendly engineer
