We originally purchased on line, but uncertain of the choice visited the showroom. Staff helpful and offered advice as needed. We decided to change the stool and return/reorder very straight forward. There was an issue with new stools, this was dealt with promptly. And the final set of stools very comfortable and fit our needs/decor much better. There was so much to pick from, the assistant was pleasant, helpful and informative in regards to products in shop.The pearl bar stools is striking to look at very comfortable and of good quality, arrived the following day easy to put together, happy with purchase

Visited the Birmingham showroom as we needed to try the stools before we committed. Great choice, relaxed service which suited us perfectly as we tried multiple stools. Once decision made , order process very simple, staff excellent and delivery amazing! Arrived the next day.

I still hasn't got my delivery yet , They told me DPD attempted delivery while they didn't as there was instruction with a code for delivery.

The stools are exactly what I needed and look beautiful in my new kitchen - very comfortable as well. They arrived on time and well packaged. They were easy to put together and feel very sturdy.

Serena grey bar stools very poor quality. Atlantic shopping refused to replace as all others in similar condition. Not what I expected to hear.
Very disappointed considering I had yellow ones and I was adding to to match.

I’m a returning customer, I’d purchased the same identical bar stools about 10 years ago, when I’d moved into the house. The existing ones had started to lose the gas pressure and the faux leather had worn away due to wear. So they have lasted a long time. So it was an obvious choice to return to Atlantic for replacements, and the great thing was the price, only paying about £5.00 more per stool as they were on sale, from when I had originally made my 1st purchase 10 years ago. Great to have next day delivery too.
