I purchased bar stools specifically from this company based on the advertised colour and appearance. I had already spent considerable time trying to resolve this and following their request to dismantle and repack the stools.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts, several bolts will not budge and I was unable to fully disassemble them without risking damage.

Given that the issue stems from the product not matching the description and images provided on their website, I did not feel it is reasonable for me to continue experiencing further inconvenience, stress, and wasted time trying to resolve a problem that is not of my making or going out to purchase WD40 which you they are now suggesting.

I asked that this matter be escalated and that they arrange for a courier to collect the stools assembled, rather than requiring them to be returned dismantled and repackaged.

I had been patient throughout this process and had not left public feedback or pursued the matter further. However they obviously think by ignoring me this would go away.

Which makes it worse. No empathy to the situation and no help. Very disappointing and still not been using this company again or recommending them.

Second time using this company, first about 14 years ago and they have nearly had their say so decided on buying new. As a bonus my neighbour has taken two so they still got life in them. Highly recommend for value and service.

Amazing stools and not like anything else I’ve seen anywhere!! Also came in a flash! No waiting!!

I was quite apprehensive to order my saddle stool online but having g spoken to customer service and doing lots of measuring, I'm so pleased I went ahead with it.

The stool looks smart and well made and neatly fits into a tiny space. The wheels are fairly quiet too which is so important when I'm moving during my treatments.

My only bug bear is that the lever is at the back of the stool not the side which makes it a little awkward to twist around to alter the height. It's apparently because it would affect the leather if it was on the side, so that's something to be aware of. However I've got used to it and to be honest I don't need to alter it very often.

The delivery was next day, even on a Saturday which I was very surprised at.

All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this company.
