Portable car air pump. Bought off Amazon January 2025. Review May 2026
I have used this ASTROAI air pump for over one year. It’s been a vital piece of kit for my car, ride-on mower, garden cart & wheel barrows. It’s reliable, easy to use & recharge via 12v.
Recently the air hose connector failed, I contacted ASTROAI for help and they were brilliant. They advised were I could finds a replacement on Amazon and sent me a credit to pay for it. This is a great product & great service from ASTROAI.

Customer service was awesome with quick responses and very helpful support throughout the process. They arranged a replacement unit for me promptly. I haven’t had the chance to fully test the replacement yet since I was out of town, but I really appreciate the excellent customer service experience from AstroAI.

Used first time on dolly wheels and it was completed easily, quickly and in a few minutes !

Shipping was fast and the item is exactly what I wanted. Moreover, it does a better job than similar products I’ve tried.

I had one of their air compressors I bought 11/2022. It stopped working 12/2025, so I ordered the same one. The new one stopped working last week 03/2026, so I contacted them via Amazon about a warranty replacement. Communication was quick and efficient. They asked for a video that I provided, and then for me to troubleshoot one more thing (which the task didn't make sense), but I did it, told them it didn't work, and they promptly sent a replacement.

Immediately sent a replacement for meter than developed a problem months later

Bought a tyre inflator from AstroAi which refused to work after several days. I was very happy with the product, which I bought through Amazon.
Dealing directly with AstroAi,and, once they were satisfied that the machine was kaput using video evidence I was sent a replacement, again through Amazon. This only took a couple of days.
I was happy with customer service and as said I liked the product so had a replacement instead of a refund. It’s guaranteed for four years including an extra year on application so time will tell if the item is robust, and if not I shall get a refund.

After having an issue with the original inflator that I'd been sent, I reached out to their Customer Service Team, on a Sunday nonetheless (assuming that they'd be closed but that I'd leave a message), but within 1 minute I talked to a human, who diagnosed the problem with the inflator and said that it needed to be replaced, and within 2 days a brand new one arrived, and it works great.

This company makes great products, can be trusted, and has some of the fastest, easiest & most thorough and responsive Customer Service that I've ever experienced.

The AstroAI team was very courteous, responsive and empathetic to resolve the issue with my Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor. A replacement unit was immediately issued and I'm very grateful and impressed with their excellent customer service

Bought an item on amazon with 2 year warranty and the producers of the item offered an extra years warranty, 3 years in total. It was very easy to apply for the additional year, would recommend seller

The Multi-meter arrived a day earlier than was indicated on the purchase order. Product was packaged and insulated well for shipping. I tested all of the meter's many functions and they performed as expected and helped me evaluate a capacitance issue on my air compressor. I sent an email query to customer support and they responded within hours and answered my question, A few days later they checked back again to make sure I had no further questions or issues. I recommend AstroAI's CM4KOR Digital Clamp/Multi-meter and their customer support team.
