My defective scraper was replaced at lightning speed - I had it 2 days after my initial contact with customer service. Very impressive!

I purchased an Air Compressor from AstroAI through Amazon, last fall. I used it to send air pressure to my Travel Trailer's plumbing as part of winterizing it. I did not use the Air Compressor again until we took the trailer out in the Spring of this year. I was using it to put air in the tires of the trailer when it stopped working. Amazon said I was out of the 90 warranty, so I contacted AstroAI to see if they could help me. They could not have been nicer in their correspondence and after I provided some details, they sent me a replacement Air Compressor. I am very appreciative for this quick solution and professionalism. Great customer service makes me a repeat customer!

I just received my Astro 1500a jump starter. I purchased 2. One for my wife and one for me. While I have have not had to use them it is reassuring to know they are ready when needed. The quality appears very good. The instructions were easy to understand and the units were neatly packaged. Shipping was quick also.
The only 2 items I would suggest to the manufacturer is, a rubberized edge on the unit as it is slippery in your hand. It has raised ribs but they offer little in gripping. Also, a protective, removable cap for the end of the charging cables to help keep unit free of any debris.
Hopefully we won't need them for a long time to come. First impression is they are a winner!

Astro Ai support was awesome. The machine is small, but powerful. I had a glitch with the pressure gauge, and when I contacted them, they gave me a remedy and also immediately replaced the instrument. It is a must have in your car.

We had a problem with our compressor which we purchased in 2024. After using a handful of times and a year and a half later, the product stopped working. I contacted the company via email and they promptly replied. After a couple interactions, they offered a replacement due to a faulty product. We were very happy with the customer service we received.

I purchased my product(tire inflator w/gauge)from AstroAI over 2 years ago, it stopped working almost 2 weeks prior day before yesterday which was Monday. I got on my Amazon account, looked up AstroAI 's contact information, sent them an email containing my issue with the product that I purchased from them and now I will have a brand new one by this coming Friday(only 4 days), if that's not customer service I don't know what is !
