Everything was perfect! The flat was brilliant, the location perfect. An all-round perfect holiday.

We recently stayed at 'All Aboard' in Charlestown through Aspects Holidays. While the property itself is wonderful, exceptionally well-cared for by the owners, and features a beautiful garden and great facilities, our experience with Aspects' customer service on this occasion was deeply disappointing.

On day one of our holiday, our vehicle was mistakenly issued an invalid parking ticket in its designated private bay by a rogue enforcement company. We had selected the property specifically for its accessible, designated parking to accommodate my Blue Badge requirements.

When we called Aspects for assistance, we were dismissed over the phone and forced to do all the legwork ourselves—submitting formal appeals to the security firm directly and managing the stress on day one of our stay. Aspects were actively unhelpful on the phone, initially dismissing the issue before even checking which property we were staying in. Only after checking did they acknowledge it was a known, repeated problem.

Aspects were so reluctant to provide meaningful support or advocate on our behalf that we actually had to request that they forward our correspondence to the property owner. While the owner was great and stepped in directly with the security firm to help get the invalid ticket cancelled, Aspects offered no proactivity whatsoever.

After using Aspects repeatedly over many years, being left to navigate a known, distressing issue entirely on our own was deeply off-putting. The owner and the cottage itself are delightful, but Aspects' lack of support fell well short of what we expected from a professional agency.

A wonderful 9 days in an amazing place, and great satisfaction with Aspects Holidays : Large offer with lots of relevant and diverse choices, good digital platform, and mostly very responsive and friendly customer service ( especially by phone)

I've been using Aspects Holidays for years, and I've never had a bad experience. Their online website is easy to use, booking is simple, and if you have any issues you can call their offices. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The images and descriptions of the properties are accurate, and again, if you need any questions, just call them. They offer a 24hr phone number to use if you have any problems. Fortunately, I've not had to use it, but I suspect it's the same as their daytime contact. Their offices are to my knowledge, based in Penzance and St Ives, and both are easy to find and access. The holiday cottages that I've stayed in have all been beautiful - spotlessly clean, well equipped, have lovely decor and furnishings, are quiet and comfortable and each has been authentically Cornish. I cannot fault Aspects Holidays, and I will continue to use them in the years to come.

The booking process was simple and straightforward, and any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. The arrival guide was very well organized and provided all the information we needed for a smooth start to our stay. The mid-stay housekeeping was also perfect—thorough, discreet, and a really nice touch.

Regarding the property:
The location was perfect for all kinds of activities, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it has to offer. We received a warm and hearty welcome from the owners, which immediately made us feel at home. The property itself is very well equipped, with high-quality amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily recommend both Aspects Holidays and this property to others. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect, Excelent service.

Very easy booking process, clear arrival instructions (and very contactable). Even called me to say the property was available early. Great property, well looked after and maintained. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar (and even wine) throughtfully provided. All very professional and friendly.
