Food amazing, cheese fondue yummy. Chicken & mushroom risotto one of the best in my life. Definitely in my top 2. Staff very helpful and friendly. Went and told the chef that the risotto was amazing. Sat 27 May 2023 Hull.

Just walked out of the restaurant because of the App that the staff insist you use if sitting outside.
The App is complicated, not user friendly. Went 2 shops down into ZiZi’s and got good old fashioned people service.
You lost 3 meals Ask Ilatia. Keep your app and I can assure more people will walk. Just saying 🤦

Great food and staff are always so lovely.

Food was amazing, from starter to main food and drinks as well. Handmade lemonade was the first on our list and first time we found it in a restaurant, tasted amazing as well. Highly recommend the place, the beautiful sea view as well and great service from waitresses. Definitely coming back when visiting Scarborough again.

Ask Italia in Bennett’s Hill Birmingham. I ordered spaghettini bolognaise and was basically served a bowl of spaghetti with oil. Less than a teaspoon of meat in the whole dish. I would say 50 pence worth of ingredients. A complete failure and I felt conned. We pre booked our meals and they even got a number of the orders wrong.

We aten in Londen, Spring street. Zo heerlijk. Pizza en pasta om je vingers bij af te likken! Betrokken personeel. Echt een 10!

Sadly all the family-run Italian restaurants were closed on Sunday 30 April so we headed to Ask Italian - in Lewes - never been to one before and it's the last time ever I set foot in one.
Our Carbonara arrived about 5 minutes after ordering - which means one thing - the sauce was straight out of a jar. Impossible to eat, it was watery, slippery, void of any taste whatsoever. My 12 year old daughter even commented, saying the flavour of the added Parmesan had "evaporated".
By far, the worst excuse for a Carbonara I have ever had and is on a par with Frankie & Benny's.
Even the Tiramisu came with a watery, sloppy kind of Bailey's liquer thing that looked like puddle water.
NEVER, ever, ever again.
Seriously, not one single person that works for this chain has ever been near a genuine Carbonara dish, otherwise they would never serve up this slop.
Fast service, trashy food. Italian people would die if they ate here.

Awful. Food was terrible. staff were rude - one waitress actually said to my wife, 'eat slowly, you dont want to choke'.
We were polite and causing no harm but felt extremely uncomfortable and had to just leave without finishing our food.
Waste of time and money - stay away from this place.

Seems we are not along in being forced to leave a tip on the new self operated payment device, impossible to enter zero or reduce the % to less than 5% surely this is against the law - i have reported this to trading standards. Also Liverpool branch no longer acceping vouchers on 'event' weekends so in a city with an arena and 2 football teams that any weekend. Won't be going again.

Do not visit the restaurant at the O2. The waitress was rude, slow and kept asking if we were going to pay for the £15 service charge. We told her no. Then she went off to use this new device and still conned us out of paying for the service charge. Will be reporting her and the manager to head office.

I remember it much better than this. Smaller portions and much higher prices made for a disappointing evening. Understaffed too.

I had a bad experience at the finchley branch i ordered two pizzas today and they both burnt.
You can't even taste the pizza toppings as all you can taste is the burnt crust at the bottom.
I would up upload photos but doesn't give you option.

We came for a dinner to Ask in Birmingham and asked for booth seats but we couldn’t seat where we wanted according to big bookings. They told us that all those tables booked but all evening they were empty. We had to wait ages for everything and remind all the time about something because every time they forgot to bring us something we asked for. Food itself was good however during the night all of us started to feel sick annd had stomach disorders, even my 3 years old daughter and it seems that we get poisoned. First time something like this happened to me at this place.

Went to Ask in Park street London, service was quite slow needed more staff, had the king prawn and crayfish pasta with “a hint of chilli”
Too many chilli’s wasn’t enjoyable unfortunately and pasta was undercooked.
They also added a service charge on to the bill, a tip should be what you think not what they expect.
The other food in our group got munched down and no complaints for the calzone both vegetarian one and the meat one

Ask Italian in Worcester was absolutely fantastic, amazing food and Anna and Ryan who looked after us were an absolute delight :)

Hugely disappointed with our visit to the Chelmsford restaurant yesterday.
It wasn’t particularly busy and there seemed to be enough staff so not sure why we had such bad, slow service.
Other customers were complaining too and had to keep getting up to ask for things from the servers. They all kept walking past and didn’t make eye contact with anyone as if to not look at the tables so they didn’t have to stop.
We weren’t asked if we wanted any extra drinks during our meal, or asked if the food was okay-which it wasn’t! One half of my dish was cold and bone dry and the other half was slightly warm but not remotely hot at all. I let the server know, once I managed to flag one down. I did get given a new dish but I wasn’t asked if it was better or offered any Parmesan or seasoning, which it definitely needed, to go with it.
We then ordered desserts with a hot drink to be told afterwards that there wasn’t any milk, only oat milk for our drinks. Considering the restaurant is opposite a Tesco supermarket where some could have been purchased, I found this bizarre.
The manager was the one we asked to get our bill. He stank of cigarette smoke and wandered slowly about, no wonder the rest of the staff thought his pace was acceptable also.
It was a complete shambles and considering the restaurant was only half full I don’t know how they would cope on a busy day.
Not an enjoyable experience as we’d hoped for the first day of the year and now I know why the restaurant isn’t ever that busy!
Don’t waste your time or money with a visit!

Dreadful meal at ask Italian Norwich! My birthday and starters were ok, my pizza however another story! Ordered the veggie “verdane”, very little topping and both the artichokes and mushrooms inedible as they were canned in brine! Discussed with the manager who declared they were “fresh” what a joke! Eventually refunded the pizza but ruined my birthday meal, won’t ever go again! Also blooming freezing! Everyone wearing their coats 🧥

We went in Birmingham Ask Italian yesterday. Bit earlier then Our booking was. Waiting long time be seated and after ordered 3 course meal we recived the starter after 30 minutes. Main was pizza calzone what areived another 30 minutes.After we ask for the dessert in take away box and left. We was having buy a gift voucher what thay know.
Next table was served with food in 10 15 minutes. Eather because the voucher or something else. But I spent my birtday gift voucher sitting in a restaurant what was louder then the Cristmas market in Birmingham waiting to served. We lost 90 minutes of our life for 1 calzone and 3 Italian rice balls!

Had an amazing meal at Ask in Canterbury. Absolutely faultless m, great service and food. Highly recommended.

Just want to leave some feedback at my disappointment today ... I have visited your restaurant this afternoon with my daughter and I'm so sorry to say the service was horrendous we ordered 2 gins which were served in water glasses an asking the waitress Why they were not served in gin glasses I was told we don't have any , I did say to her I can see the gin glasses from here and pointed them out . No cutlery when food was served which was cold as it had been on the pass for nearly 4 mins with no heat lamp before the waitress realised it was there .. there were more chefs than floor staff I don't think this is correct very disappointed customer
