The Ashcourt Group Arvostelua

This is my first and last time using this company. 2 days to collect a skip. 2 drivers one day and now 2 drivers today and 3 calls later. One driver turned up this morning they told me at 7.15, and has swiped stuff off on my drive but couldn't take the skip as my car was there. My camera caught 2 photos of them. I then called them yet again and asked for a call before collecting as i did yesterday and they said they would and i checked they had my number and the lady said she did, I have never recieved a call from them at anytime. I moved my car out the way this morning when i got up. Unfortunately the driver came when when i wasnt aware and has left two big pallets and 2 big boxes that someone from ashcourt pushed off the skip this morning. When I spoke to someone this morning they said they take stuff off like this when moving but it would be taken when they came back. Liars!!!

Had some concrete delivered today from ashcourts in 2 separate wagons both drivers was very helpful unloaded concrete no mess and in quick time by time they left u didn't even know they had been very professional and would definitely use again 5 stars from me

Horrible experience with the driver and desk agent. I have ordered a skip and the driver wouldn't drop it off saying it's too tight and can't get out the truck. Then we suggested to drop it in front of the drive gates as we really needed but he wouldn't. Then i rang the office and the lady said we wouldn't help the driver out and my guys were shouting at him. Rubish excuses as my guys are very polite. Then i have been charged trasnport fees. We have had Jewson and MKM lorries in there and they could get in but instead the ashcourt driver didn't want to but only find a reson not to do it. It's a thumb down from us and we will avoid any further bussines with them. Shame

What can I say about this company. They have donated 2 x truck loads of top soil to our local grass roots football club which was really needed and appreciated. It’s great to see a big company giving back to the community.
Thank you so much

❤🐕 So impressed to hear that the Ashcourt Group have refused further business and or involvement with the infamous beagle/ferret breeders and vivisectors at Marshall Bio Resources in Cambridgeshire.
Way to go Ashcourt!

Thank you.
