Tiffany was great. The journey not so much.
The customer rep, Tiffany, who contacted me was lovely and helpful. Top marks.
Took a bit of time for the company to respond via email. And the chat bot style of contact was useless and didn't work.
The fact that they tied to charge £20 for admin due to a DD rejection due to a bank timing error is ridiculous.
But credit where it's due. They waived it when I asked them to.
