Today I noticed I had forgotten to pay my gymnasium membership. I loaded up the Ashbourne website like an eager dog who’s just seen his lead prepared to give away my money I had earnt from the fruits of my labour! As the website loaded i waited until boom! £71 charge, now upon reading this my heart sank. A late fee! Whatever will I do I thought? Being a young apprentice fighting his financial worth in this cruel and merciless world I began to ponder, how can I afford this? I took my chances and emailed Ashbourne and asked if they may forgive my error and remove the charge. This is when I was greeted with Alisha, she informed me she could indeed remove this charge and did so gracefully. I feel like i now spend the rest of my existence knowing there is such a kind soul living among me. If I was ever blessed enough to meet herself for I shall lay out a red carpet and sing religious hymns as she walks from point A to point B. If a manager at Ashbourne reads this they should make sure Alisha is treat with the upmost respect and has a constant supply for strawberry milkshakes as I believe that is where she sources all of her kindness from.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my direct debit and I was unaware of the failed payment. The charge had risen to £93 which was extortionate from the original price. Zoe on live chat was quickly able to rectify this mistake as well as assist me with reinstating my direct debit with precision and efficiency. This is exactly what customer service and satisfaction is all about.
