Contacting the sales centre was painful. It is so frustrating when your calls continually go to voicemail. The message is then we will reply in 2 days also give's an impression that the Ashberry does not consider it important. The excuse was the sales person was showing people around. A professional answer service that can provide a human to pass on a message would.

My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a home on the Ashberry, Forster Park Development in Stevenage.
The representative that has been looking after is a delightful lady called Agie.
This the first time we have bought a house from new, Agie has made sure that the daunting process of buying a new house, has been not so bad after all. She has been able to explain everything very clearly and concisely from the beginning to the point that we are at now of choosing the kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom furnishings.
So, a big thank you for all your hard work, patience and knowledge.

ASHBERRY HOMES ARE A DISGRACE!
Have reported our back garden being waterlogged several times and they refuse to solve the issue. Have sent them several videos showing how boggy it is but they just say it’s not an issue even though the garden is completely unusable. They have said they will review it again in the summer but of course by then it will have finally dried out and they will say it’s all fine! Would highly recommend not buying from Bellway/Ashberry as it will cause you way more stress than it’s worth. You have been warned!

We have contacted Ashberry homes for over a year trying to get snagging fixed and all we get are useless contractors coming to look at things and never hearing from them again and when we ring the durham customer care ask we get told is to send more and more photos of the same thing. Fobbed off time and time again and it's not acceptable. I wish I could send a photo of the state of the outside of our house which we were told wouldn't happen.

Don't buy any bellway or Ashberry property
I recently had a very disappointing experience with ASHBERRY HOME and feel compelled to share my concerns.
I encountered significant issues with my home, specifically regarding the worktop, which was an additional paid option, and the ongoing snagging problems. Initially, Ashberry assured me that the correct granite color was ordered, but the kitchen company installed the wrong color. However, later communication indicated that the worktop installed was the correct choice. This conflicting information is not only confusing but raises serious questions about the quality and accuracy of the installation.
Moreover, it was stated that all snagging issues would be resolved within 30 days. As that deadline approaches, I am alarmed by the lack of progress. There are still numerous unresolved issues, including a yellow water pipe that was improperly stored in my shed, which I find completely unacceptable. Additionally, the bathroom and en-suite recessed light is starting to detach from the ceiling, raising further safety concerns.
There are many other issues too numerous to detail here.
I believe it is crucial for the company to address these discrepancies directly and provide a clear timeline for resolution. As a customer, I expect my home to be completed to my satisfaction. It’s frustrating to think that even budget services, like local handyman repairs or affordable cleaning companies, often provide faster and more reliable outcomes than the expensive service I’ve paid for with Ashberry Home. It feels like I should have received a level of quality and attention that matches my investment, yet I’m left feeling disappointed and underserved.
I hope others can learn from my experience.

Unfortunately I would like to prefere no answers regarding the plots available and the plots given in your neck ,
I don't want to give names but they want to sell a plot for you which isn't sold for long time , and what you chose on the page is available but they will call you or tell you later that is reserved ( but isn't ) , interesting , when you reserve something must go out from the market and shown not available anymore .
You go there with your open hart and they play with you just to help them sell another plot . Will be great someone to check them , or change them from the area .
I will stop writing now , but just in case I'm still there .

Do customer advice even know how to…
Do customer advice even know how to work their phones?? Been trying to contact all day really wanting to view a detached 4 bed but as I can’t speak to anybody I will not proceed as I don’t like my time wasted and will be going elsewhere, especially after reading the reviews.
Although your mortgage broker company were quick enough to pester me weren’t they💸💸 absolutely fuming how does a ‘professional’ business run like that?
***just to add on, thanks for trying to call me but just to clarify what I already mentioned in multiple of my voicemails, 1 I work until 6pm and I have asked to be contacted at 12 and 2. I’m no longer interested.
