This company were so easy to deal with. Everything made simple and straightforward.
Delivery was on schedule. Drivers were polite and helpful in bringing my package into the house.
I absolutely lovely my TV unit. Excellent quality and good value at the price, and looks great in my room.
I would have no qualms in dealing with Arte-n in the future and would recommend them to friends.

Awful wardrobe, heavy but not strong. Is already wabbling and can't be moved due to the weight. I so much regret it

Wouldn’t use this company again. Chancers to say the least. Sent out the wrong item and told me I had to take a 55% loss on my refund because the bed was half assembled. Although it was their mistake for not sending correct part. Instructions aren’t great. My experience with the company wasn’t pleasant. They did however send me the correct part after a lot of back and forth. But all in not a pleasant experience. Wouldn’t recommend

I tried to sign up recently to purchase their products for my business Spacing Solutions. I called, and despite two phone numbers, one was disconnected and the other just rang out.

So I completed the sign up form and got no answer. So I emailed. I got asked the same questions I had already filled out, so left it. However, the company continued to pester me and then insinuated I wasn't a business to add insult to injury. As such I have fedback to them the laundry list of errors and wont be doing business with them as a result.

Purchased 2 x Prestigo units through b&q third party sellers. Arte-n
Delivery, delay after delay after delay. Waited a total of 6 weeks for one of the purchased items.
Assembly instructions very poor.
Unit clearly has a design flaw, the unit doesn’t stand on its feet, unstable, unbalanced, the wood is bowed, sagging in the middle. Not fit for purpose whatsoever.
Feel free to contact me, as I will be contacting b&q and possibly taking this further if they refuse to refund me. They are currently saying because the item has been assembled they are unable to refund.
I am certain by the other reviews that this is an ongoing issue for others too.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid their furniture at all cost. It may appear acceptable on delivery but their products are not fit for purpose. After paying a joiner to construct the item it was later found to be faulty. Purchased through B&Q so I am trying to get some kind of refund to rectify the situation directly with the company. B&Q being useless so I am going go to dusputes and Ombudsman. Arte-N unwilling to accept any fault despite B&Q agreeing the item is faulty. I doubt anyone has ever got any apology or refund as they won't be held accountable. In trying to remedy the issue, at their suggestion, I damaged my back as the internal shelves fell. Do not waste your time, money or health!

The worst retailer you could ever meet! Took two months to deliver my wardrobe then incompetently delivered the completely wrong wardrobe! Now I know why you can’t talk to these cowards over the phone. Please stay away from these cowboys

I have had a terrible experience with this company, do not order!
1. Item delivery was delayed and late
2. It took me 3 hours to build a desk with the worst instructions I have ever seen
3. I had to create some of the holes in the panels as they were not there
4. the drawers were built mostly with dowels making them very flimsy
5. The desk was not very sturdy at all so I dismantled and proceeded to arrange a return
6. the company have refused to refund without photos, sent photos of the panels where I had to create holes but did not have anymore photos as I have taken it apart.
7. They continue to repeat themselves asking for photos but do not help in any way
8. No refund or assistance, I have wasted hours of my time and £150 down the pan

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Despite being given multiple assurances and revised delivery dates, I have still not received all the components of my wardrobe purchased via B&Q from Arte-N Furniture Ltd. This ongoing issue has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and distress.
Timeline of Events
12th November 2024 – I placed an order with B&Q, which included a wardrobe. The estimated delivery date was between 9th and 13th December 2024.
11th December 2024 – I was informed that the wardrobe was scheduled for delivery between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM. However, upon arrival, some parts were missing as they had been left at the depot. I was assured the remaining parts would be delivered via a 24-hour courier.
13th December 2024 – I contacted B&Q as the missing parts had not arrived. I was then promised a rescheduled delivery on Thursday, 19th December 2024, between 6:00 AM and 7:45 AM.
19th December 2024 – The delivery arrived, but some parts were still missing.
After contacting B&Q, I was told to liaise with the seller, Arte-N Furniture Ltd.
23rd December 2024 – Arte-N Furniture Ltd responded, stating that due to the Christmas closure, they would not be able to send the missing parts until January.
23rd January 2025 – I received a message from Arte-N Furniture Ltd stating that the missing parts would be dispatched within 72 hours. However, as of 4th February 2025, I have still not received them.
4th February 2025 - I phoned B&Q about finding missing parts and suitable compensation for this matter they gave me a reference number and told me they would get in touch with Arte-N Furniture Ltd.

5th February 2025 - I received an email from Arte-N Furniture Ltd. Saying “We have now sent an enquiry to our logistics team for a further update and will get back to you as soon as we hear from them.”
13th February 2025 - I have still not received the item in question or any updates from them.

Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one who've had issues with this company.

Quality of the furniture is shocking and customer service is poor. They avoid refunding money for the items returned to them and keep ignoring emails.

Do not order anything from this place!

I purchased a Vanity table via B&Q in November. The item took over a month to arrive, past the estimated delivery date. When it did finally arrive it was flat pack which wasn't unexpected however, upon trying to put it together it appears there was a manufacturers error and some of the holes were misaligned so the pieces could not fit together and thus the table is unusable. I contacted Arte N Furniture as well as B&Q immediately to let them know to which Arte N Furniture have violated my rights as a UK consumer. B&Q are also in breach of the consumer rights Act given that ArteNFurniture are a third party vendor selling via B&Q.

They first refused a return citing I signed for delivery stating everything is ok but how would I have uncovered this issue before attempting to put the table together? They then said they would accept a return but i am liable for the return fee. This is not fair or good business practice given that the item arrived in unusable and unsatisfactory condition. Nearly a month trying to get a resolution and I have resolved to dispute the transaction via my bank and filed a complaint against both B&Q and Arte N Furniture. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
