RIPP OFF LACK OF RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER
Update!!!!! November 8, 2016
This company waits almost 5 years to refute my review and my integrity?
Ask yourself ? Do you want to order from a company that advertises product as USA made and sends China made? Do you want to risk paying shipping and then forfeit your money at the cost of their mistake?
They said the bandanna was 100 percent cotton and that it was made in the USA total lie from china and they do not refund your shipping either. They are a rip off and I have several alternatives to all of their merchandise.

The bandana we were asked about was 100% cotton and made in the USA> What they ended up ordering was cheaper and not what we had discussed. They ordered something else, saved money and bashed us. Gee, thanks.
Placed $12.00 order
They wanted a signature confirmation for a $12.00 order. Spend 45 minutes on the phone with the post office and they said this company has a must have signature confirmation on this package. This is the first and last order with this company.

We clearly state on our web site that some orders may require a signature at delivery. This order was sent to an apartment. We like to make sure that the intended recipient, not an unscrupulous neighbor, gets the package. We paid for the signature and thus we insured that the package would be delivered to and received by the customer. It is not a crime or a poor business practice to make sure your customers get what they ordered. Chastised for looking out for him....
