Arbeit Software Arvostelua 

I use Arbeit software for phones & auto dialer for years, excellent service staff is very knowledgeable & they care about there clients i would recommend service to anyone who is in need of products they offer

I attempted to register a dialer account with Arbeit and they denied me with no proper explanation as to why that happened. The employee who assisted me is Ashley Campanella. I explained to her that my company sell puppies and the dialer was needed to run voice broadcast campaigns to inform customers about our weekly giveaways. Ashley told me that Arbeit does exactly what I’m looking for and I’m required to complete a KYC form in order to proceed. She sent me a KYC form by email to complete and I did. Approximately an hour after I completed the documentation she replied and said the compliance team reviewed it and unfortunately with how I want to use it, it would get flagged by their carriers and their criteria hence they can't move forward and if things change in the future she can reach out. Bare in mind that she initially told me that Arbeit offers the services I am requesting then told me otherwise after reviewing the KYC form. Arbeit is the most unprofessional telecommunications company I’ve ever came across and I’d never recommend anyone to sign up with them.

I like the software that Arbeit provides for the telecommunications industry. Everyone that I've ever dealt with at Arbeit is also top notch. However I was recently back doored by their outrageous VOIP prices. When I switched providers I was told that my bill would be close if not less than than my provider's price at the time. It was for 3 months until I received my first $1600.00 phone bill, mind you I was paying roughly $700.00 per month prior to this. When I called for an explanation they claimed they were not charging me right for the first few months and that they finally caught it. My phone bill has been around $1600 ever since a full thousand more than I was paying before. I'm already giving them around $1200.00 per week for their dialer service. Again service is good for telecommunications, people that work there are great but they get at the very least $6400 per month from my small business. Make sure you can afford that.

Arbeit understands small business and they absolutely understand Debt Collections. They have my 5 star rating without a doubt. They have been an integral piece of my company's operations for years now.

Excellent and expedient customer service. I've worked with CallFire, T-Max, Vici, 8 x 8 Dialer, Zen Dialer and a plethora of other similar programs and systems. Arbeit is a cut above the rest.
