ApowerREC est le meilleur logiciel d'enregistrement d'écran qui fonctionne sur ma machine sous Windows 11. J'en ai essayé beaucoup avant de le découvrir. Il fait l'essentiel. Avoir maintenant une licence à vie me facilite la vie. Je le recommande et je remercie l'équipe Apowersoft pour leur travail.

Worst experience trying to use this so called free screen recorder. It used to work well a year ago and now it is ridiculous. Not free at all and does not do anything it is supposed to, regardless of downloading the app as requested which I didn't have to do a year ago. I do not recommend you wasting your time with this .

dopo un periodo di test ho acquistato video converter. il programma di per se funzionava. solo che dopo circa 2 anni ho dovuto sostituire il PC.
il nuovo PC non ha riconosciuto le credenziali... due mesi di continue richieste di assistenza. alla fine mi scrivono di avermi rifatto utenza. non mi inviano i dati della nuova utenza, ma un link dal quale ri-scaricare il programma ed installarlo.. tutto funziona per quasi 5 mesi... entrando nel 2026 il programma torna in versione trial e mi chiede riacquisto !!!
ho riscritto all'assistenza, ma onestamente cercherò un altro programma emesso da qualcuno piu affidabile.
i programmi li acquisti per facilitarti la vita, non di certo per arrabbiarti e perdere tempo a continuare a riscriveere sempre le stesse cose alle verie persone di IT che si sono passate la palla

La calidad del video estaba pésima, también no graba más de 1 minuto si no pagas. Poco recomendable, mas aparte que definitivamente hay mejores opciones.

J'adore mon logiciel "vidéo Donload Capture Apowersoft ». Je dis mon logiciel car j'ai pris une licence a vie, cela fait bien une dizaine d'années. J'ai longtemps navigué sur Windows huit.1 est franchement j'ai téléchargé tout ce que je voulais. Téléchargé et enregistré.

Il y a quelques mois j'ai changé d'ordinateur et je suis passé à Windows. 11… impossible d'installer vidéo capture. Mais il a suffi de quelques échanges mails avec le service après-vente, qui ont été d'une patience infinie et d'une gentillesse remarquable, et en deux semaines (et oui ils n'ont pas que moi de qui s'occuper !) En quelques semaines donc j'ai eu tous les liens et une mise à jour du logiciel qui est reparti avec sa licence à vie !

Je suis donc satisfait et en plus, j'enregistre avec vidéo capture, des vidéos sur l'écran de l'ordinateur… dans le format que je veux, ce logiciel est très facile à utiliser. Enfin je dis ça parce que je reste simple et que je demande au ciel et à la terre de m'aider..Médée Médée Médée et la conscience universelle mais de toujours à régler tous les problèmes… en définitive le meilleur des logiciels c'est notre esprit relié à notre cœur.

El producto funciona correctamente pero hace un año adquirí una oferta de una licencia de ApowerRec por dos años. Pasado un año, han intentado cobrarme de nuevo la licencia. Les he escrito diciendo que mi licencia era para dos años pero no he tenido respuesta alguna y el producto, pasado el año, está desactivado

I have bought ApowerPDF in 2020 and all in all I have been satisfied with there product. It is a fairly expensive product for few functions.

My biggest concern now is that some time back, they changed licence activation from a key to a login, and now I need to enter username and password several times a week, when using there product. It is really annoying!

On your website, the Business section states: “Buy once for life-long free service and upgrade.” However, I noticed that features like the Teleprompter and ShowKeybor are listed as paid add-ons. This seems to contradict the promise of lifetime free service and upgrades.

Could you please explain what exactly is included in the “life-long free service and upgrade”? Are these features excluded from that promise? I want to ensure there’s full transparency before making a purchase, as the current messaging feels misleading.

J'en ai assez de ce logiciel ! Malgré les mises à jour, il est impossible de télécharger des vidéos YT ou FB comme auparavant. J'ai acheté une licence à vie qui a bien fonctionné mais depuis quelques mois, c'est l'horreur. J'ai laissé des messages sur leur site mais rien n'y fait. Grande déception !

The recorder is simple but good enough. I have just cancelled after five years because I lost access and there is no response from the help desk.
I spent an hour trying to restore access.
I lost access already in March in a separate incident and was just lucky to get it going again. The login process is totally intransparent.
Maybe it is that I am registered on two devices. But there is no way to find out if that is it except by spending time on trial and error. Response from the help desk was existant in March, but helped me only in my trial and error. They do not give you a new code to register, which would be the easy way. The old code does not do it any more.
In short: the worst contact with a corp for a long time. About the level of the bad end of crypto...
On to a new provider.

Sofware for unlocking used ipad with old icloud connection did not work and their support just said I have to buy a licence again.

Software crashes, laggy performance & lazy, lying customer experience.

Other than that I suppose the Apowersoft suite is alright. But the tools are way behind the technology wave now & the support is laughable.

Publicidad engañosa. Compré la licencia Unlimited que tanto en su web como en el video de información aseguran que incluia la aplicación Video Dowloand Capture (tercera aplicación del maldito video de su web). Reclamé dos veces y me dijeron que tenia que pagar por una nueva licencia porque la versión Unlimited no incluia esa aplicación, cuando justo su propia web informa lo contrario. El resto de aplicaciones son muy básicas, no merecen la pena.

AU$50 a month for this rubbish that fails to connect along with the interface that's set for a mobile only and not a PC screen? I haven't paid for a setup and I'm not going near it

REFUND REQUESTED, AGAIN! WARNING TO NEW POTENTIAL BUYERS: They couldn't care less! No support, and NOT RESOLVED. Still! the software "HANGS" if you touch anything, too fast, stops responding! Have to shut down, and restart. A hundred times in a day!! For goodness sake, guys, if you're it people, surely? You can fix this error in last 5 years!! NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! I've made a new refund claim! NEVER AGAIN.
