The best part about studying with APC is that the information you learn gets put in to practice and the workshops are very hands on, it did seem a bit stressful at times but the APC staff are always there to help and get you through it

Completing the Diploma with APC has given me my confidence back after having it shattered doing a Bachelor at University. The support is amazing, the trainers are there to answer any questions, big or small!

Excellent for a flexible learning option.

Workshops were brilliant, being able to do everything at own pace was brilliant.

Just finished my Cert IV in Health Care and I couldn’t be happier with APC. Incredibly knowledgeable in each area, and extremely flexible with units and assignments. They provided great feedback on completed assignments and were always there to help me through anything I was stuck in. 10/10

The flexibility of the study is fantastic, and really worked well for me.
The content was a lot, and much more than needed for the NEPT industry, but the value of it has been good.

I did this course to transition from a first aider to a clinician, and I've certainly met that goal.

The clinical workshops are a great experience, giving you a good balance of theory and hands-on.

Some of the theory in the online units can be a bit heavy, but if you want to learn you push through. It all comes together in the end, and you find it invaluable in practice.

The content of the units is very thorough and you learn a lot from them. It is great to follow these up with the workshops and put the theory into practice. The trainers are very helpful and supportive.

Studied my Diploma of Emergency Health Care in 2024. The online platform was very appealing to me, well structured and great to use with highly experienced teachers providing regular teams online sessions. Staff support was prompt and excellent for me.
Clinical workshops were of a high standard, with paramedic educators who were amazing (tough but fair!) to help prepare you for real world situations.

My only personal draw back was the lack of student chat forums outside of social media platforms and when you graduate, it seems you cannot access your student learning material and your own work immediately after you pass..(however i havent asked them why or if its possible or not.)

I would highly recommend this course to those wishing to pursue a career in Emergency Health Care.

This is my second qualification completed with APC. Still love the ease of the online platform. My workshop experiences were powerful and so was my placement.

APC is a great place to study.
The trainers are great, they teach well and challenge you to better your clinical skills.
The office staff are super friendly and supportive and I’m so glad I chose to study with APC

As someone who doesn't enjoy studying, I found great joy and support from everyone at APC. Workshop 1 wasn't just an amazing learning experience it helped me create great friendships with people who also enjoy helping those around them. And I can't thank the trainers enough, a week after workshop1, I had to help someone having anaphylaxis and needed to administer and EPI pen and because of their rigorous training I was able to administer it with confidence.

I have been studying with APC for 18 months now and have found the team extremely helpful and have made my studying a load easier. There will be times when you may not understand a question or the content and I have found that everytime I have reached out for help and guidance, the team have been quick to reply to my emails or happily talk me through it.
I have also just completed my workshop 1 and although had a couple of thumbles along the way, The trainers were absolutely amazing with getting me back on track, which resulted in me getting through and passing. I would like to say a special Thanks to Chris for making the time and putting the effort in to see me get to finish line, Rochelle is an amazing mentor and always happy to stay back and help any student with anything. She really puts a lot of effort in with all of us and is just all round amazing, We as in our whole class definitely agreed that we could not have been as confident or as competent without her, she did everything she could to really make us all shine. And I would also like to thank Jamie, who was so engaging and influential to the whole class, it was truly an amazing experience.
I don't have constructive critism to give, I have found that talking to the trainers and management throughout my journey has always been taken on board.
I look forward to finishing up my diploma soon and jumping into more studies with the confidence that I am competent to perform my role in the healthcare industry. APC have been an amazing stepping stone to making that dream a reality and I thank the whole team involved for the help and all the effort put in to getting me there.

In a nut-shell, staff are rude, bureaucratic, unempathetic, unsupportive and say/do anything to get you off the phone with them. Content doesn't come close to Paramedical Standards.

Unhelpful specifically Holly, Kim & Jackie from student 'support' will claim you are harassing them, they will hang up on you if they feel your enquiry is 'too hard', it is like speaking to a brick wall with them. When you try to do something as simple as changing your contact details (so important details about your course that you are paying $10K+ for will go to the correct place), it will take them at least 3 follow-ups with them for them to actually change it. When they do not follow processes or understand their own policies (which, there are hidden fees that aren't even disclosed in their policy, so you only find out until they kindly send you an invoice), they will say "oopsie daisy", no apology, nothing from them. When you follow up with them about the shortfalls, they will claim you are demanding, they will claim you are harassing them. When you try to get to the bottom of things they will claim you are rude and have a certain demeanour, when all you're doing is pointing out the error and the issue how it's impacting you. What's even more stunning, as they want to keep making money from you they will encourage you to continue studying with them. It is this specific disservice that I will not be continuing studies with APC.

On another note, their course content will leave you very confused, a lot of it is verbatim copy pasted from other sources. You are much better off doing your own research OR doing a Diploma Pathway through a university (that is what I did after abandoning my studies with APC), that way you have a greater chance getting into university. I've been admitted into uni and didn't even mention APC in my application 😂. They will claim so many of their students have carried onto uni. Have a look at the 1 star reviews before paying your deposit.

Australian Paramedical College is an amazing organisation that provides an amazing program. The APC team help you all the way from start till finish. The trainers have amazing knowledge and explain things in away that makes it very easy to understand.

I recently graduated with my Diploma of Emergency Health Care from APC. All the staff I dealt with were fantastic, and all were very supportive. From the content to the trainers and placement opportunities, APC has been great, and I would highly recommend them.

The team at APC were great to deal with, Any issues I had were quickly resolved or investigated. Trainers and assessors were knowledgeable, supportive, easy to contact and ensured I had a thorough understanding on the topic at hand.

Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others looking for training/study options
