This has been my worst online shopping experience. I placed an order for a dress costing £385 in March. I have still not received the dress. I have sent numerous emails to customer services asking for an update and received only standard responses asking me to be patient. It is now 3 months they have had my money. There is no contact number I can find so I can’t speak to anyone. I have, more recently, emailed to cancel the order and requested a full refund but again I get stock responses asking me to be patient while a different team consider my request. Appalling lack of customer care, appalling delivery situation. I would advise against anyone ever ordering from this company. I will be seeking my refund through the courts if necessary.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress from them which I never received. When I reached out to the customer service two months ago all they could say is that they would transfer me to another team for a refund and that they would update me. Every time I email them there’s no update and no answer. They took my money, I have no dress, shit customer service so id say this is an absolute scam. Watch out!

The dresses I ordered were stunning (they arrived in very poor ripped packaging), however the sizing was a little small so I had to return. Returns portal wasn’t working but I got a prompt response to my email and arranged return. Unfortunately, however I still await notification of a refund.

Do not place an order. I ordered items on May 30th, I am yet to receive them.

I got standard delivery so they should have arrived by now.

I emailed customer services who gave me a generic response about the items being on there way.

I then get another email saying sorry it’s taken so long - we haven’t forgotten your order there is just high demand so it’s taking longer. There was no warning on their website (still isn’t!) that if you place an order you’re not getting it within the SLA on their website.

So I’ve been emailing back and forth as I now need a refund. The dresses were for an occasion and the occasion has now passed

They cannot tell me if they can give me a refund or tell me when I could be receiving the dresses? So know one knows anything? They can’t find the order? Really poor customer service - I spent over £300 and they can’t tell me when or if I am getting the products or a refund?

Do not give these people your money

Love my dresses from ALB. Good quality, fast delivery and always get lots of compliments when I wear them.

I never leave reviews but since this has been the worse shopping experience I have ever encountered I had to come on here to warn others with my own experience….

I ordered 2 dresses start of APRIL from ALB but neither dress was suitable when I tried them on. Returned using the portal as directed and posted back the next day. Received confirmation that the dresses were delivered and received by ALB with signature proof.
Waited the 14 days for refund but no still no money back. I sent email after email after email…. same responses over and over again every time …we need to check with the warehouse….experiencing delays… will escalate to the relevant team….please be patient ……I’ve been patient long enough - THIS IS NOW JUNE.

I have reported them (yet again from another customer they have failed to refund) to Trading Standards & I will proceed with legal action now to get back EVERY PENNY OF MINE that they have in their company’s purse and back into mine where it belongs!!!

ALB you are in breach of the UK Consumer Laws and you must know this!!!

Oh and I have reported this to BBC Watchdog, hopefully now the pile of complaints is enough for them to be investigated, shamed and shut down.

I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched, and it has now been over a month since I placed it. I have sent around 15 emails requesting an update, but I keep receiving the same automated response without any information about my order.

I have used this company since 2021 and have bought some lovely pieces.
However the last time I ordered from them they were absolutely appalling
I think they have got too big for their boots even the owner Anne said she would sort out for me that day I never heard from her again. My friend had the same experience. They kept fobbing me off with an excuse why my dress had not arrived. Then said oh we haven’t now got in stock and had to beg for the money back. I was offered an alternative was ignored of my choice and then eventually got the money back! I said about compensation they sent me a £20 voucher that expires in July!
Absolutely appalling service and behaviour I would recommend for no one to buy from her site. Now living in Dubai living the fake life whilst her company is failing and not helping her loyalist customers….I will never give them my money again….Karma will prevail x

I've previously ordered a dress from this brand which was beautiful and arrived exactly as it should. I love it.

However, this time I have had a completely different experience. I purchased two dresses on 26th May with next day delivery, we are now 10th June and no sign of dispatch - the tracking still says preparing the order. The event I needed them for has come and gone, and now I'm left dealing with a chatbot customer service who won't give me any real answer or issue my refund.
Terrible experience. Avoid shopping from ALB Boutique.

very poor no refund and had dress sent back Royal Mail tracked photo perfect condition 21st April!!! Despite numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with ‘got to get update from warehouse’ rubbish from Lisa. Weeks since they’ve had dress back over 7 weeks and have broken statutory refund. Going to have to get my bank involved.

I’ve bought 3 dresses from ALB and all of them have been absolutely perfect and I’ve received endless compliments, will always be my go to for events / wedding outfits!

Why has no one got back to me !! I’m still waiting for my refund. I have proof of return delivery and still no refund - thieves !! You are thieves!! End of Match overturned a wedding dress that doesn’t fit. Zero communications- disgusting service !!!

I ordered a dress in size large I’m a 12/14 when it arrived it was so small I couldn’t even zip it up so more like a small not large. I sent it back the next day and asked for the next size up but was charged £5 even though I wanted an exchange rather than a return. Over several days emails back and forward to customer services because no phone number chasing up replacement because I wanted the dress for holidays, I kept being told we have sent replacement to you. No replacement received then eventually I realised the replacement dress they said they had sent out to me was the original one I had sent back to them. 10 days later still no dress. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely shocking!!!! I ordered a dress, returned it immediately because it wss not how expected. They wouldn’t confirm they had received my return even though I had proof it had been returned by Royal Mail. I argued with them for days and days and days about this. Then finally they said your refund has been issued and can take up to 5 days to be with you.
We are now approximately 10 days on and I still don’t have it. I have asked for the complaints procedure 4 times and haven’t been provided it. I get the most infuriating emails from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Customer service is terrible!! All Ai generated. Still unable to return my dress and had no response to my emails. Wouldn’t buy from here.

Ordered a dress 4th april 2026, no were did it mention there would be a delay on delivery, today 4th june 2026 i am still waiting for my order after numerous emails to company requesting refund as dress was ordered for a wedding in may. Refused refund saying would have to wait to recieve dress then return in spite of the fact order hadnt even been dispatched. They continuiously delete/hide comments on social media platform. Have been told by email waiting on stock to come in yet recieved emails off them promoting dress as in stock again yet no sign of my order....avoid avoid avoid at all costs, wish i had read these reviews before purchasing

I have loved this brand ever since the start. The quality never compromises, I have so many staples from here and I can’t fault any of them 2-3 years later. Also super fast shipping - such a bonus when it’s last minute. The value for money is insane - will continue to shop here for a lot longer!!

I’ve had multiple orders and many items, such as cassinis and the bowie dress to name a few!! Never ever disappointed and it never fails to amaze me every single time.

Ordered a dress on the 22nd of February which they had said would ship on the 29th of March.
This has still not been delivered. I have asked them multiple times to refund me as the event I needed this for has passed. Everytime I email them, they are 'looking into it and will confirm shortly'.
Absolutely shocking service considering dress cost almost £400.
