clear and concise product descriptions with recommended amounts to be used (and in my case a small scoop, sized for the recommended amount, was included). Product was in an easy to use container. Product arrived well packaged and on time and at a competitive price point.

Thumbs up for quality products
I choose to purchase ingredients which provide my dog with a fully rounded cooked meal. As my dog is on single protein diet, great to get all in one place including algae oil. Products are high in quality with good information provided. I have also purchased recently the semi moist duck, these have proved to be a good introduction to her diet.

Haven’t seen much difference yet but…
Haven’t seen much difference yet but it’s only been a few weeks. Not keen on the packaging as there’s no seal and the lid just lifts off too easily when you lift the tub.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. The products got damaged in the post. After sending an email the products were replaced free of charge and arrived a couple of days after the email was sent.

Your product is good, delivery terrible.
Your product is good, but your delivery service is terrible. Each time we've ordered, the delivery company have notified us that they are going to deliver yesterday! As a result of delays, we have run out of food a couple of times.

Not happy
Absolutely loved the rotary styler when I first used it, but haven't even had it 6 months and already it's faulty. Instead of curling it just chugs away not turning. Really not happy, it wasn't that cheap either, so expected it to last.
