Anglepoise® Arvostelua

Whilst installing three beautiful Anglepoise lights above our kitchen counter in our new house in the Netherlands we had a rather urgent question about how to work the moving arms. We had contact by phone, shared a video by mail and had our answers within the hour. Great service!

There is nothing quite like owning an Anglepoise, it will be your steady light forever, they will not fail you. A must for anyone who loves simply the best of anything >> these lamps will elevate any room and become a design focal point or blend in > it’s magical in that way. I’ve had many and can’t live without one. Customer service should you need it, you probably won’t, is exceptional.

Everyone knows Anglepoise makes amazing lamps, so I don’t need to mention the unbeatable quality of their products. But what really impressed me was their customer service. I had a couple of questions after buying, and each time they got back to me within minutes!

Definitely recommend both the products and the extraordinary customer service.

My vintage Anglepoise has been transformed. My thanks to Flora for overseeing the refurbishment. It has pride of place on my desk

Flora couldn’t be more helpful. She guided me not only on which version of Anglepoise I had but which lamp holder would fit.

Purchased Original 1227 Desk Lamp - National Trust Edition Neptune Blue.
An outstanding product paired with excellent online service and support throughout the transaction. We’re confident it will look fantastic in our home when it arrives later this week. A big thank you to Emma for her exceptional online support!

Excellent repair service and customer support. Thank you.

Geat product my last one lasted 25 years (used 20-30x every day!) and was still going well but some building debris and tar from the ceiling ruined it. New one looks fab and is the most versatile of all flexi lamps I have seen. We use it at work when we examine eyes and bring the anglepoise to ask patients to read....

The speed of the process was really good , there was superb communication, and when the lamp was returned it looked fantastic.

Fabulous quality product; I bought the Type 75 floor lamp. An Iconic British design, made in the UK, certified B Corp company, delivered in robust cardboard boxes, no plastic packaging
Very pleased with it

I needed a replacement grub screw, as the one on the arm of my lamp had worked loose without me realising. I emailed to ask for a replacement and got one quickly in the post, free of charge. Excellent service.

Had a question regarding a wall mount attachment and it was promptly answered with the Chat function in under 5 minutes. Excellent customer service - thank you!

Thirty years of use in various offices was tolerable.

But being on all week as part of a gallery lighting plan was too much.

The socket went phut flash and was fused solid - wrecked.

Thankfully these guys sorted it all in about ten days.

New socket fitted and re wired beautifully.

Collected and returned very efficiently.

Backed up by excellent customer service so we knew what was what.

A sad accident with my "vintage" Type 3 lamp resulted in the fork being broken. This part is no longer available but discussions with "Flora" confirmed my suspicion's/hope's that a Type 75 part would fit. The part was ordered, very reasonable price for part and postage, it was dispatched promptly, part arrived and now fitted. Illumination, and tranquility has returned to our house. Moral of story don't drag Anglepoise lamp off shelf in the hope that it will reach 5 foot into room!

Online chat function was great with answers regarding a bulb query with links to correct sections speedily delivered.

Amazing, professional and efficient service.
JL sold a floor lamp and it was missing the assembly parts & tools. Texted the Anglepoise team and the next day was in my hands thank you so much.

Had a problem with a broken mini usb connection on my Compact 90 mini mini lamp. Solution was a new base which was ordered and promptly shipped. Lamp now works perfectly again. Thank you Anglepoise customer service.

I've had many lamps over the years, but this is undoubtedly the best. Stylish to look at, works well and is incredibly adjustable. The switch being in the head of the lamp is a fantastic feature - normally you have to find the cable and feel along it for a switch, but this one is so easy to access. Speedy delivery and really solid packaging were a bonus.

Ordered two lamps, both received next day. One lamp had an issue with the o-rings, but issue quickly resolved after a brief chat with Flora.

I was looking for my dads old model 75 anglepoise lamp to be rewired and found Anglepoise. It was so straightforward with them sending all the packaging with clear instructions on what to do. The lamp was collected from the house and Flora was really helpful with any queries and updates. The lamp was returned, looks fantastic and is back to working order once again.
