A voir les précédents avis, je crois qu'il n'y a plus personne dans la "boutique" depuis un moment ! Nous sommes en juillet 2023 : je n'ai qu'une confirmation de commande, pas de justificatif de paiement (alors que le prélèvement sur mon compte a bien été fait). Mes mails envoyés sont restés sans réponse, et par les réseaux sociaux c'est la même chose !
Passé le délai réglementaire, si je n'ai pas de nouvelles de ma commande et si je ne la reçois pas, je vais porter plainte car je ne ferai pas un cadeau de de $134.68 (sans compter les frais de transaction de ma banque) !
Je modifierai mon avis uniquement si j'obtiens les produits commandés qui sont payés.
Réveillez-vous ! C'est une honte ce qui se passe pour une marque aussi importante !

Je me dis "ouf", heureusement ! Seulement globalement mon expérience client est très décevante, puisque je n'ai jamais eu de suivi de commande ni de réponse de la part du service client. Ils sont également injoignable par téléphone, ce qui ne facilite en rien les échanges.
Ma note finale est meilleure mais pour moi c'est fini, je ne réitèrerai pas l'expérience.

Worst customer feedback on delivery enquiries
Been waiting more than s month for delivery. After numerous attempts the team is doing nothing to help me in locating my order. I will do a charge back and never order from them again. It is really a pity and expected a much better customer experience from them.

Unhelpful response about measurements
I asked about how to measure my waist and chest i.e. exactly where on my torso to measure for the best results and the representative pretty much kept telling me (paraphrasing) “There is a size chart.” With all due respect I KNOW there’s a size chart; I am asking how to use it beyond “look at the numbers and measure” and I don’t think that’s entirely unreasonable.

Painful online experience. Avoid!
Their digital experience is absolutely horrendous, and is more than enough to make you never want to shop with them.
Made the mistake of signing up to their mailing list. Receive at least four spam emails a day, but some of them actually have good offers, so I decided to shop around the website….another mistake!
The user experience on both the mobile and PC websites is hideous. Some of the issues:
- no sorting options
- filtering criteria are really limited and you can only select one filter at a time
- when you click into a product and then go back to the main page, you lose your spot on that page and have to scroll down to find where you were
- inconsistent currency display. Sometimes it’s in USD and sometimes it reflects local currency (AUD) so I have no idea what I’m actually being charged.
- in the checkout view, individual product prices are shown in AUD but the total price is shown as USD so this is quite misleading
- on three separate occasions, I have put multiple products (15+) in my cart (because the products actually look quite nice) and then the cart automatically clears itself and it’s empty, with no way of retrieving my products
Safe to say I will not bother filling my cart for a fourth time, and will shop elsewhere!
There are much smaller brands with significantly better online experiences. Shopping shouldn’t be this difficult! Sort it out.

Quality is average
Quality is average. Stock is pathetic. They never have sales when items are in stock. Their mobile website is also terrible. Everytime you click on something to view and then hit the back button it brings you back to the top of the page instead of where you were.
Shipping has gotten even more expensive. Used to be around 7$ for no tracking. Now they force you to use tracking and it's 11$!
