I really like the ANB Baby website! It’s easy to use, has a great selection, and the dropdown menus and view options make shopping feel super smooth. Overall, it feels like a solid and trustworthy site, and I will definitely shop here more in the future!

I purchased Peg Perego Living High chair and I am really pleased with it. It is well designed, the seat is comfortable and easy to use. For the price, I think it offers excellent value. I definitely recommend.

It was so refreshing to be able to ask questions without feeling like I was annoying the person. I recently purchased a stroller from ANB Baby and decided to visit their store in person. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they answered all my questions and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear they truly care about helping parents find the right products. Highly recommend both their online shop and in-store experience!

First time customer. Ordered a stroller travel system, according to the website the delivery would be within 2-5 days. It’s been over 2 weeks now, still no stroller and the customer service can’t tell me when it will be delivered. They say it’s ’out of stock’ and don’t know when to expect it back. In the meantime, website still shows 2-5 days delivery time. I asked very friendly for a small refund for the longer wait time but they declined since a longer wait time ‘doesn’t meet the criteria’ for a discount or refund.

I ordered a Dona stroller on a Wednesday and chose expedited shipping. I emailed the next day asking after an order is placed how long does expedited shipping take, hoping to get just a rough estimate. They apologized for the delay in the purchase and said how they are closed for holidays and weekends and would file a ticket to the warehouse and be able to offer me an update by that Monday. (How do you offer fast shipping if you can't even give a time frame) Never gave me an answer on how long expedited shipping ($30) roughly takes. I said if I am not able to know how long shipping takes, I would rather have a refund and purchase it elsewhere. They asked me to be patient and give them till Monday and they would be in contact. Monday comes, I never heard from them. I get notification that a label was being made through UPS and it would arrive Friday. I than not even an hour later got a notification it was canceled and refunded with no explanation from the company. I emailed and asked why there was no communication like they said, and why it was being shipped than canceled. They ignored my questions and said that this was a confirmation of my order being refunded. If I would have known they were going to just refund me like I originally asked but chose to wait and hear back from them like they asked me to, I would have originally just ordered from amazon and got it in two days. Why does expedited shipping take 4-5 days to even give me an idea of when it will ship? Don't waste your time. Pay the extra money and have peace of mind elsewhere.

Got the product delivered on time with good packaging, stroller arrived in best condition with free shipping.

I placed an order for 5 sets of 4 gund stuffed animals for an appropriate price. I only received 5 animals instead of 20. I was only offered a 10% discount in the price which made them way too pricey or the option to return them for a full refund.
I was very excited to find these gund "chatters" but then also found out they were defective and the chatter feature does not work. Very disappointed.

As previous reviewer has suggested, stay completely clear of this company.

We had a missing part (very crucial 6 month+ seat base) which they have still not provided 8 months later.

This company is seriously run by complete and utter frauds. It’s so frustrating having to think that I paid them over $600 for a product that they can’t even fully provide all the parts for.

SHAMEFUL…very shameful.

First time customer. Ordered a large lego set. The box arrived in poor condition - There was tape all over it, The normally colorful and artistic Lego cardboard box was bent in many places and there were at least 3 holes on various edges in the cardboard. I could not be sure that all of the lego pieces and bags were even in the box still. It makes me wonder if I somehow was sent a used item...

I called customer support 4 times (during EST business hours) and the phone went unanswered each time. The follow-up email I sent was not answered until a day and a 1/2 later.

I finally got a response stating a "good condition product" had been found, but considering that I still had to send the original package back, it was not worth my time and effort.

Avoid this place.
