ABH Cosmetics Arvostelua 

I place an order with ABH for two Contour Kits and a Glow Kit on 24th November, the parcel was received almost two weeks after without the two Contour kits included, having emailed ABH following the fact that the items I ordered were not received I was told that the items would be delivered to me - great!

I then have to chase ABH again one week later as I did not receive any confirmation about the dispatch of these products nor did the products arrive. I was only then told that the items were not in stock.

If at the time I had to get in touch with ABH to request that the products that I ordered and did not receive were out of stock this should have been communicated, on a similar note, if these items were in stock on the day that I requested the items again (and received conformation they will be dispatched) then the items should have been dispatched that day. The fact that I had to chase ABH one week after getting in touch with them to request my missing items to then be told they are out of stock and they will just refund the money is not good enough. I took advantage of the "Black Friday Deals" and as such spent over £100.00 on products in two separate transactions, to order these products again would mean that I am not getting the same deal as before and add a further delay on the delivery of items, of course I would not be in a hurry to order from this site again as I would be concerned that the same would happen.

Since receiving them email I have checked the website which confirms the Contour Kits that I wish to order are in stock? This of course confuses me further.

I do not want the refund that was previously offered I simply want the products that I ordered for the price that I ordered them at (doesn't seem too difficult to sort out)

Placed my order on the 27th of November and didn’t receive it till the 9th December! Emailed numerous times as it was still saying being processed and all I got back was automated emails so I decided to ring them and they said it was delayed due to it been Black Friday although I did some digging and a few people have had to wait 10-13 days on a normal day! I think it’s a bit ridiculous considering how much money the company makes! Just glad I got my item in the end, wouldn’t order again though unless I wasn’t bothered about waiting 13 days.

I placed my order on Black Friday, and while the site suggested it would take long to process it, I received it super quickly. I could not praise the company more!

Questa è la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto. Il 27 di novembre ho fatto l’ordine, si sono presi i soldi e poi sono spariti. Ho mandato 3 mail e ho ricevuto una risposta molto vaga. Inaccettabile! Chiaramente non sono stati in grado di gestire il traffico del Black Friday e del cyber Monday, disorganizzati ma va bene! Almeno mettete un banner sul sito che dice che ci saranno ritardi! Spero di poter almeno riavere i miei soldi a questo punto.

I placed my order on the 28th and it’s still not been sent out! Just keeps saying it’s been ‘processed’ and I’ve emailed numerous times, all I keep getting is automated emails back! They told me it takes 2-3 working days to ship packages excluding weekends yet my item hasn’t even left the store yet! Not happy, if I’d of known it would’ve took this long I would of just ordered from beautybay. All this money the company makes and the delivery services are SHOCKING!

Excellent customer servicer and products!

Finally ordered from this site due to a great promotion (3 for 2 on lipsticks) and had no problems at all.
The products and website are genuine; I do not understand the poor review suggesting otherwise.
I normally buy ABH products from other beauty sites just for convenience but with the promotion I couldn't resist. And I'm glad I didn't! I ordered enough for free delivery (over £25) and expected to wait a short while but my package came in less than 4 working days. All the products were packed nicely and had no issues with delivery or ordering.

So happy we can now get ABH in the uk! :-)

Had a very unpleasant and frustrating experience with ABH.
I placed an order way back in march for the new glow kit. It arrived damaged, when I told the company the customer service been very helpful and they sent me another one. But sadly it was received damaged again. Emailed them the pictures of the damaged items on both occasions. They cudnt send me another one, instead they refunded the item for me. I was ok with that so far re:refund but sad about not getting the item in one piece.
During all this process I had to pay the additional shipment taxes of >£18 twice, so nearly £40.00 which is a lot of money. Had to pay all that and sent them the invoices for refund. They agreed and explained it will take 3-5 business days for the amount to reach my account. It's been nearly 2 months and a trail of email correspondence but still I'm waiting for the refund.
Extremely disappointed with the company and will never buy anything from there ever again neither will recommend anyone to shop from their website.
Will keep on chasing my refund as I'm not responsible for the damaged cosmetic piece they sent me.
