Absolutely terrible customer service. Try and get your delivery company switched if you can. I ordered a Couch and table, which were delivered on 24 June when original estimated delivery date was 1 June. Couch sat in warehouse 10 min from my house (tracking data) from 9-24 June. They no showed on me on 16 June after confirming the delivery date multiple times. Didn't call to tell me anything. They then confirmed 18 June..and then switched the delivery date to 24 June without telling me. Only cause I didn't recieve a call the day prior did I find that out. Asked for a manager to call me multiple times; was assured one would... one never did. I was repeatedly told "there was nothing we can do" when I asked for a solution to a problem. Long story short, if you order something and AM Trucking is the company, ask the company you ordered from to get a new delivery company.

DO NOT USE!

Amtrucking delivered an Ilve range, the front two legs were misaligned; the right front leg was severely bent and the left front leg was not attached to the stove. I complained to the company and they ignored me. I then filed with the Better Business Bureau and the company ignored them too. It cost me about $325 to hire a technician to put the stove in working condition. DO NOT USE, they are awful.

Still waiting for delivery on an ~$8000 order of range hoods, over a month since order shipped from the seller. The order was separated and part of it remained missing from their Georgia facility for almost 3 weeks. They also intentionally attempt to hide address for any local pickup options. We are considering any and all legal remedies to recoup our money or our purchased goods.

Ordered a couch from Keeks Design on 5/24/26. We get a call last week that our delivery window would be the next day. Both of us have very busy schedules and had to reschedule to a time when we would be home. They said they could not guarantee a specific day and time but would schedule it for a few days out so WE could have more time to move around our schedules to accommodate THEM.

The truck comes today and our couch is just... Not on the truck.

No answers. No phone number to call other than their main line (which is closed today). No compensation for our time. Just "we will need to reschedule for another day." But hey at least we're not being charged a redelivery fee.

Complete incompetence.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery. Never got a return phone call, took over a week to produce a COI. Purchased a wine credenza from Wine Enthusiast and unfortunately they use AM home delivery. I specifically told them the times that my building would not be able to accept delivery. And they scheduled it on the exact day. I told him it was unable to be delivered on the phone is constantly busy and when I had an issue and called, it was never answered finally, a truck shows up with my credenza on it, but they let my phone ring once and drive Off without making the delivery. The icing on the cake is when I get a call a few minutes later and the dispatcher could not have them return because obviously the two men in the truck run the company. The dispatcher said he would call me back after 13 to 15 minutes which he did. He told me he could not find someone to make these guys come back and deliver the furniture apparently two drop drivers run the company and call all the shots, pathetic unprofessional and if you find out your package is being delivered by a.m.. Do not expect it to ever show up.

Very poor and unprofessional service from AM Home Delivery. My appliance delivery, tracking #AM1xxxxx686, was originally expected on May 22 and has been rescheduled multiple times, including May 27–June 2 and then June 8. Now there is still no confirmed delivery date. Customer service is not responding properly or providing clear updates. This delay is seriously impacting my new home closing process, including appliance hookup, gas stub work, tank placement, and inspection. I need immediate resolution and delivery without further delay.

AM Home Delivery was contracted through AJ Madison to deliver and install a dishwasher. What followed was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

The item arrived at their Modesto warehouse on May 8. I was promised contact within five days. I heard nothing. When I called them myself, I discovered there were logistical errors on their end that had prevented any delivery attempt. After a three-way call with AJ Madison to resolve the issues, I was promised resolution within 24-72 hours. Instead, the delivery was quietly cancelled with no notification to me whatsoever. I had to call again just to reinstate it.

We were then hit with a $600 small truck fee — sprung on us with no prior disclosure.

When the crew finally arrived, the problems continued. The installers were unable to locate or operate a standard water shutoff valve under the kitchen sink. They then refused to install the new dishwasher or remove the old one, citing what they claimed was a corroded copper line. It was not. It was a standard air intake joint — something any competent installer would immediately recognize.

I ended up installing the dishwasher myself and hauling away the old unit on my own — after paying for full delivery and installation service.

I spent weeks and countless hours on the phone and via email just to receive an appliance and ultimately do the installation work myself. AM Home Delivery failed at every single stage — communication, logistics, and basic technical competence. I would strongly warn anyone against using this company

This delivery company failed every single step of the way. Fridge was ordered six weeks out with a predetermined delivery date, yet they tried to deliver every single week in between and I had to call each time and tell them the correct date. When the correct date arrived, I was told that delivery dates are subject to change and that they would not be able to deliver my fridge on the day that we were moving in, even though I was told several times that I would be able to receive it on the day it was scheduled. Despite a dozen calls, I continued to get different answers, never get resolution, and ended up having to spend $400 out-of-pocket just to have a temporary fridge when we moved into our new home. I reached out to a supervisor and requested some sort of restitution or credit back for the fridge that we had to purchase, but was denied within 24 hours. They did absolutely nothing rectify the situation at any step of the process. This company is absolutely horribly run, embarrassingly so. If you are ordering furniture or appliances from someone who uses them as the delivery company, I would strongly reconsider.

I’ve had many issues with your service AM Home delivery yet no one responds. I am a single parent who works away from home. The service only schedules deliveries at times when I am not home to accept the refrigerator. If they refuse to accommodate my schedule I will need to return it. 

The delivery company is not responsive and I will not let them drop ship.

I have given dates and times when I can be home to accept delivery yet they repeatedly attempt to schedule delivery at times when I have already said I’m not available. 

I’ve now had asked Wine Enthusiast to Please help or provide refund and cancel

AM Home Delivery has had my package for weeks and has not reached out to schedule a delivery date. After contacting them for a delivery date I was told my package would be delivered on May 27th (Wednesday, a day that I am at home). I contacted them again after sitting around all day waiting for the package that never arrived and was told that that date was tentative and now is was due to be shipped to me a week later June 2nd (a Tuesday and a day that I am NOT home). A delivery inspection is required upon receiving the package. Tentative date? No one mentioned any “tentative” delivery date and no one reached out to me to tell me that I was wasting my day by sitting around for a package that would never arrive. I called to complain and was angry. I was told that I would be contacted with a new delivery date and have not heard anything in the last week. At this point it seems as though AM Home Delivery has stolen my package.

ZERO stars if possible. My $2000 item has been sitting at the Delivery terminal in Burnsville MN for 1.5 weeks while they are "working on a route" or so they say. They have no Idea what they are even doing. I was more than fair by waiting a week for them to figure it out, but now I'm losing my patience. Every time I call I get someone different who gives me completely different information on expected delivery date. I ordered this item almost a month ago and this has been the slowest, most unprofessional, and unorganized LTL Carrier I have EVER encountered, and I receive in LTL shipments at my work DAILY. If I were to ever choose a carrier, I would NEVER choose this one. I'm to the point were I'm getting ready to report them for holding my shipment hostage and calling the attorney general to file a complaint and report them to the shipper and file dispute charges or request my item to be reshipped with another carrier. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered, I have no clue how they are even in business still. Every testimony on their site is fraudulent and manufactured.

1 of the 3 items to deliver was damaged. No paperwork was left to document the delivery. Neither worker spoke english. Packing debris was left in driveway.

This is an aweful company, they charged me for installation services then broke the furniture they were delivering and hid the damage to get a signature. Then lied about working to resolves the issue. This company is garbage and I won’t buy from anyone who uses them to deliver again.

my dishwasher has been at their distribution center for a month now, with multiple missed appointments etc. after being told 3 days ago that it would be delivered today, they pushed it out again another week. Home Depot needs to choose a more reliable final leg logistics partner, these people are beyond hope. If I could have given ZERO stars I would

The worst delivery service I've ever seen. I've traveled all over the world in the military and dealt with moving companies. I ordered a dryer and my delivery window was 530pm to 930pm. The driver called me at 9pm and asked if they could bring my dryer at 6am the next morning. I stated no and I've still not gotten an update on my delivery. Its been almost a week. Unsatisfactory

My item has not been delivered and no one has reached out with an update. It's been a month. I've called a few times and no one is able to provide an explanation. I purchased an item from AFA stores, they need to select a better trucking delivery services. I do not recommend AM Home Delivery or AFA stores.

They will schedule you for delivery, harass you to confirm, and then cancel and reschedule at the last minute with no heads up until the next time they want you to confirm.

Their drivers damaged a very expensive piece of furniture while delivering my appliances. They also broke a limited edition item that I cannot easily replace.

Their whole claim system is a joke. They do not process claims and do not respond to communications. Do not ever do business with this company. They have no care for your property and will not cover damages if they break something and will also leave trash behind in your home.

This company is horrible and has the absolute worst customer service. People don't listen, and lie. I would recommend never using this company unless you want to be disappointed and upset that they did not do what they said they would do.

Asked the guys to put cardboard down to prevent scratching the floor. Left a 10 inch scratch in brand new hardwood. I pointed it out before they left and they put me on the phone with a women who tells me based on the picture the scratch was already there. Zero stars do not use this company
