Amberstone Restoration Unprofessional
Wish I could give negative five stars. This company is young, immature, unexperienced, lack people and communication skills, lack of attention to detail, rude and unprofessional. They haven’t been in operation long. Just because you can start a business, doesn’t mean you should if you’re not mature enough to handle the requirements of the homeowners needs. Seems like they can only handle small issues, like a water leak to use fans to dry the water. They can’t handle major restorations/repairs. I tried to research this company and couldn’t find much. That was red flag number one. Websites get updated everyday, because you see something today doesn’t mean it was there yesterday. We all have to start somewhere and I’m willing to support those startups but when you screw me over and try to insult my intelligence, we have a problem.
On April 18, 2025 I scheduled this company to do repairs on my house. The quality of work is poor. They are unprofessional, lack attention to detail, never take responsibility for their actions, make decisions without the paying homeowners knowledge or permission leave messes everywhere and don’t properly clean them up. Are rude, disrespectful, don’t communicate or follow up within a reasonable amount of time.
Tristan is a liar and changes the story to fit his narrative. He doesn’t accept responsibility for anything and always blames someone else. He takes things personal rather than professional. He doesn’t comprehend well and he’s combative.
