Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd are leading specialist providers of raised loft boarding, loft ladders, loft hatches, insulation, and loft accessories. We are fully insured with £5 million Public Liability Insurance, and we prioritise the safety of both customers and employees—carrying out asbestos surveys and arranging removal where required. We never provide artificially “cheap” quotes that compromise standards; instead, we focus on delivering quality workmanship built to last. Most new-build homes are sold without a boarded loft. Our expert team can transform your loft space—often in just one day—using raised loft boarding systems that comply with New Build Warranty requirements and do not affect insulation performance or SAP ratings. Raised loft boarding is installed above existing insulation, creating a strong, safe, and durable storage deck while preserving airflow to protect your energy-saving measures. By building a robust sub-frame above your joists, we ensure that your insulation, wiring, and pipework remain protected and undisturbed. Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd are proud to be the only loft boarding company in the UK that is a Member of the Federation of Master Builders(Registration No. 100226). We are also registered with TrustMark (Registration No. 2851112), approved by Trading Standards "Buy With Confidence", recognised as a Which? "Trusted Trader" and verified members of Checkatrade. We supply and install industry-leading systems, we are an "Authorised" LoftZone StoreFloor installer to provide safe, reliable, and compliant loft storage solutions.

Excellent Service by entire crew.
Clearly explained all the possible options and also explained the bits, that are sort of nice to have and how it increases the budget so that helps in making a clear decision.
No pressure on confirming the order on the same day
Quote explained clearly on what's being done and the cost involved, this helps in comparing the cost with other providers as well.
The work was completed pretty quick than the said time.

We were disappointed with their term…
We were disappointed with their term and conditions. We should have referred to Office of Fair Trading. But they are member of Federation of Master Builder where we raided the issue. FMB said they eill investigate part of mediation process but we were never told about the result of the investigation.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry that you were disappointed with aspects of your experience.
Our quotation specified that, due to the nature of a blind-cut loft hatch installation, it would not be possible to confirm whether a hatch could be installed until the ceiling had been opened. It also explained what would happen if the loft space proved was unsuitable when accesed.
When you later referred the matter to the Federation of Master Builders, we contacted you directly to discuss your concerns and the outcome you were hoping to achieve. Following those discussions, we agreed to return to your property, completed the installation you requested and resolved the matter directly between us.
As the matter was resolved by agreement, the FMB mediation process did not need to continue to a formal conclusion, which is why there was no final outcome for the FMB to communicate. We appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time and apologise for any confusion.
At Amazing Lofts, we always aim to work constructively with our customers whenever concerns are raised and are pleased that, in this instance, we were able to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continually improve both our communication and the service we provide.

A team of four completed the upgrading…
A team of four completed the upgrading of insulation, partial reboarding of the floor, removal of an old gas boiler and water tank and installed a new ladder with a tailored banister/handrail to the roof-space all within a single day. This during the current heat wave. Not only that, the property was left in a pristine state. Quite remarkable and greatly appreciated..

Everything was easy
Everything was easy. From the first man measuring and giving a quote to the two men who came down a few days later. I was surprised how quick they were and they cleaned up after themselves. I was even more surprised when I saw how amazing my loft looked after the job. It was clean and large and allowed me to store everything I needed to store. All the rubbish from a previous owner was removed and the men were very friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting a loft space.

Loft ladder fitted carelessly
We just had a loft ladder fitted. The guy who came to have a look and make the sale was very nice and helpful. The fitters charged in and charged out of the house without leaving time to have a proper look at the job before asking us to sign a form. We later found that they'd bashed a couple of doors and knocked the paint off and also used a mixture of screws (counter sunk and round head) with the counter sunk ones a bit proud of the woodwork so liable to catch on skin or clothes. The ladder itself is great.
