For the love of god just save your money. I bought her book(fine, just a ton of grammatical errors) but took her Money Mentality Makeover course and it was awful. Super low quality and unhelpful. I asked for a refund and she refused. Just no.
Scammer, psycho, arrogant lady that will steal your money claiming you will imagine money and it will come
It pains me to share this, but as a previous student of Amanda Francis, I feel an obligation to share my experience of her courses, so that potential future students can make an informed decision.
I invested a lot of money into horses, thinking they would help me. All of the Raven reviews on her website and Instagram led me to believe her products would work. I listen to all of her podcast before ever purchasing the money makeover course.
I felt like I spent a lot of time getting to know who I thought was Amanda Francis before investing money.
I was incredibly disappointed to see the final product of her highly anticipated and allegedly praised course called money, mentality makeover.
The course was put together with very little effort. It appears. She has reused the same video since the MySpace days it seems. The videos are low quality, repetitive, and they provide no real steps to actually improving your life.
I have discovered her podcasts and free videos are essentially a funnel to subconsciously encourage her free viewers to eventually buy her products at a very expensive cost. In her free product products, she talks about the money mentality makeover course as if there is some secret to be learned if you just pay her the $3000 to take the course. I was gullible and bought the course. There was no big secret to be discovered. I was so saddened to realize I wasted my money and was deceived by someone I looked up to.
Her secret sauce of the money mentality makeover course was nothing more than a regurgitation of concepts from the law of attraction. There was no new idea presented in that course. She took the concepts of the law of attraction and added pink glitter and swear words with a Valley girl accent.
I feel very disappointed in Amanda Summit. It’s almost insulting that she would provide such a low quality product at such a high price. It’s insulting because it seems like she thinks her viewers are done or unintelligent.
I started looking on Reddit for reviews of Amanda’s courses after buying the money mentality makeover course and I realize there were a lot of unhappy former students on Reddit as well.
Share this message because I think people deserve to hear some alternative perspectives beyond what for curated website and Instagram portray. If you want to actually make money, take the $3000 and invest it into a Roth IRA and leave it there until you are 65. You will make far more money by doing this than giving Amanda Francis. You are $3000.
A couple of weeks ago, I shared my dissatisfaction of Amanda‘s courses on a Reddit post. I am a former student of Amanda‘s and I have purchased about three of her courses in the last five years. I admittedly had terrible discernment at the time of purchasing these courses; I was in a toxic abusive marriage at the time and I was desperate for a solution. I found Amanda on Instagram and her videos were uplifting, and I thought I would give her classes and courses as a try.
I was pretty confused after I finished her first course. I kept waiting to get to the “good part.”
To my disappointment, and to the sadness of my bank account, I found that the good part never came.
Amanda‘s money mentality makeover course was merely a series of videos of her talking about herself and her life. There were perhaps a few moments where she shares her proprietary information, which is recycled law of attraction material. There is nothing unique or profound about what Amanda had to share. Everything I got from the course I had already learned from actual renowned authors and healers such as Wayne Dyer. Amanda simply took what the greats have given for free, packaged it in a horrible font and 2015 vibes, and added a $3000 price tag.
When I made the Reddit post I mentioned above, the Reddit post had four or five little screenshots from the course to provide examples for my negative review. Most of her course is video. I would say about 95% of her course our recorded videos from 2015 or earlier. Again, I posted a few screenshots. There was minimal information being shared in those screenshots. The screenshots were supplemental to my review. Much like if you go to a restaurant and receive a horrible hamburger, you might post a picture of the hamburger online with your review.
Anyways, I was served with a cease and assist email from Amanda Francis and her business manager, Deb, under an email titled legal team. There were no lawyers on this email. I was absolutely deceived by Amanda and her team. I was bullied into taking my course review down from Reddit.
The cease and desist letter said if I did not delete my negative review with the few screenshots, that they would take me to court in Los Angeles, California, and they would ensure I would be financially responsible for any legal proceedings that come from it.
Now, tell me why my”teacher” threatened me with the lawsuit when I expressed dissatisfaction with her product. Furthermore, she Weaponized, the fact that her client base is obviously struggling with money, and uses the fear of having to incur financial loss (a law suit in LA when I live in the east coast) as a result of speaking out against her products.
Amanda Francis is the farthest thing from a teacher. Her manipulative, marketing tactics and apparently false reviews on her website are misleading at best. I have less complaints with the federal trade committee (FTC) am the California Attorney General.
If you are also a victim of Amanda Francis, I encourage you to look into leaving reviews with the federal trade committee and California Attorney General. They might be the only one who can stop her unethical business practices.
Amanda’s courses are overpriced and they underserve. She films in her parked car, bedroom and other random places. She goes on tangents and charges $2,000+ for her courses. You’re better off taking that $2,000 and investing in the stock market to see a real financial improvement. At best, those courses are unprofessional and the same “law of attraction” material is available everywhere online for free.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard so many words come out of someone’s mouth yet when it was all over, they said absolutely nothing substantive. There is no clear direction of any kind. It is more of a “woo woo psych yourself up!” message that you could get for free from any number of sources. It truly is a waste of money. I imagine many people do not want to admit they feel duped or scammed so they say nothing.
I have just completed the 10- module video course and felt compelled to write a review after reading all the pearl-clutchers bash this woman because, ***gasp*** she DARED to record a viedo from her hotel room with no makeup or professional grade Hollywood lighting!! :-) I was given her book, Rich As F by a good friend. I put it on my Audio books so I could listen as I drove very LONG distances to a soul sucking job where I accepted abuse from the owners. At first, I didn't like her voice. I am 63 years old. Amanda sounded very young. But, I decided to get over myself and listen to what she had to say. Her message was clearly aligned with the original book, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles, and a couple of others I had been listening to, but with a fresh modern twist. Her target audience is young women, which I am not. However, the more I listened the more I was astonished. Miracles showed up in bizarre ways. My husband landed several new clients. I continued to forge ahead on my online appliance business using the tools she described. Even though she was targeting life coaches, and others in the personal development space, the applications remained the same and I used them to land top brand suppliers for my store. I had 0 tech experience yet built my own website and learned SEO. People in the industry told me I would fail, and that nobody would buy from me. I continued. Soon my Shopify bell was going off in the middle of the night or wee hours. I kept on. I had the nerve to approach suppliers nobody else was carrying. They all said yes. They couldn't wait to work with me. To be listed on my shopify store. I hired assistnats in Pakistan, young tech guys, to help me. They all said selling high ticket expensive items would not work. But it did. I signed up for the app and then the video course. The shopify bell would go off AS I WAS LISTENING TO THE VIDEO. I wrote down everything even though at 63 I felt like I had been over it all before countless times. At times it was kinda boring, even irritating. I kept watching each video. I picked up on her energy. I could tell she was speaking from the heart. I liked that she didn't give 2 fcks what anybody thought because I am that way. She said several times that she would re-package and sell the course and I figured that what I was watching was what she said it was. So all the complaints here about re-purposed videos are really stupid. Did you thing that for 20 bucks or 400 bucks she was going to drive over there and hold your hand? Everything you need is in those messages which are really Dharma Talks but delivered by a kooky young blonde gal rushing around in her Chanel and Prada and living her best life. Personally, I don't want to take financial advice from a monk, a glossed up fake professional video actor, or a tired, worn out poor person doing the same thing over and over while their bank account is less than desirable. Because when inspiration strikes or a message comes through you that needs to be told, you can't always have it be when your hair is perfect or someone else likes your lighting, FFS. The message just HAS to come through. At one point she got choked up and I realized this girl has seen some shit. AND, more importantly, learned how to let it all go. And although she says its for women, men of all ages can beneft and ESPECIALLY MEN who are not used to expoloring their feelings. I would hasten to recommend this course for high level CEOs, VPs, managers, Sales Managers, or anyone in business. I have spent my whole life in the Spiritual circles she speaks of and I understand exactly what she is talking about. So, hey, you may not like the messenger but at least give the message a chance. Nobody liked Jesus either. He was a fcked up radical roaming around spewing shit nobody had ever heard before. And was killed for it. I'd say Amanda is in good company. Keep on keepin' on sister, speaking your Truth. This gal has your back. xoxo
ALL her programs are recorded from years ago..not related, NO support and God.. She is plain rude and arrogant.
I signed up for multiple programs and I am NOT impressed. She has a loyal following but there is absolutely NO support except for the responses you get from other students in the Facebook groups - which are grossly lacking in activity. The videos are all pre-filmed and some are her talking to you in her bedroom while she's sitting on her bed , or in her car, or hotel room - I'mnot looking for flashy edited videos but I'm not interested din seeing her in her hotel room with a half-made bed and picked-through room service tray in the background either. I was incredibly shocked and very disappointed with the unprofessional presentation and lack of support - no one-on-one coaching, group coaching - as a matter of fact, there is NO live coaching at all - just recordings and Facebook groups. Save your money. I do want to say - Amanda's absence of late has been justified by a personal and very devastating tragedy she suffered - and she bounced back rather quickly (again with pre-filmed videos in various weird locations) but again..the support was lacking even before this happened.
I joined up for one of her starter courses for something really low, like $20. It was uplifting and made me feel like there was some formula she was going to share to achieve a wealth mindset. I have to say I feel dumb for falling for her scams.
It's all flash and marketing, which she is clearly good at. But the value to her other more expensive courses, which I paid hundreds of dollars for, was horrible. The videos and "content" she provides are so verbose but actually say nothing. It's like she just likes to hear herself talk and she uses new-age buzz words to make it sound like she's "teaching" you. it's all so cringey.
She repeats things and gives no real content to help you "manifest".
She offers absolutely no refunds and I consider it a colossal waste of my time.
Then i go on her instagram to see her living this flashy lifestyle and I think, "how many other people has she duped out of money to live like this." It's appalling. 100% do not recommend.
