One thing I have learned is that growth requires commitment. At this stage of my career, acquiring new skills is one of my biggest goals, and ALX has given me the opportunity to work toward that goal with confidence.

ALx gave me a sense of purpose and direction. After completing the Data Analytics course, I have began a lab known as the EKSA DataAble Lab. This is to train young ones about the intricacies of data. What to know before complex coding. It will also help them become relevant to this data driven environment we find ourselves in now.

Well the experience with ALX has been the best.The curriculum is really good especially when you are getting started or transitioning into tech space. It gives you best overall and on-demand tools to get you skilled.

ALX has played a very great role in shaping my career. I knew from the time I was in my 4th year in Univeersity that I wanted to be a Data Scientist but the future was unclear and uncertain at that point because I didnt know where to start. It was not until I discovered ALX Africa that everything changed for me. I enrolled into Data science immediately after my graduation and from then i have learnt alot. Navigating the Data Analytics phase was a challenge due to unavoidable circumstance and I failed twice but I still havent given up. ALX has given me the third chance to try again and I still push through because from the progress I have seen even in me as a person is so great I would rather do it at ALX than anywhere else.

I joined ALX after completing a Software Development course at Moringa School. My goal was to continue building my technical skills and prepare myself for opportunities in the technology industry.

So far, I have completed the Professional Development course, which helped me strengthen important workplace skills such as communication, collaboration, personal branding, and professional growth. I am also currently in Week 4 of the AI Career Essentials (AiCE) program, where I have been learning how AI can be used effectively and responsibly in different professional settings.

One thing I appreciate about ALX is its focus on both technical and professional development. The learning experience encourages self-discipline, continuous learning, and practical application of concepts. I am also about to begin my specialization in Data Engineering, which I am excited to pursue.

Although I am still early in my ALX journey, my experience so far has been positive, and I have gained valuable knowledge that complements my previous software development training. I would recommend ALX to learners who are willing to be committed, take initiative, and invest time in their personal and professional growth.

That moment when you have no one to believe in you and voila, ALX grants you that platform that brings to life that faith in oneself to make you stand up and see the world in a new light. "I did not or do not have an option", with ALX today you have got an option no matter the circumstance as they introduce the self paced learning program. The customer care and ready team to help anyone is amazingly great. The unification of so many people from the various corners of the African continent is truly amazing. The Opportunity to upgrade, connect, learn to move past blockades in one's life. The aspiration and motivation to being better than your best, accepting that hard things can be done too and facing them head on, and most importantly the opportunity to get employed in today's volatile workspace being made easier with a certificate of ALX or recommendation. Being an Alumni from 2024 and now here again, ALX is God Sent.

Through ALX, I have gained a deeper understanding of the role of a Virtual Assistant and the professional standards expected in remote work environments. I have also improved my ability to use digital tools efficiently and collaborate effectively in virtual settings.

Lack of guidance and support in ALX Egypt, and it' s not easy to communicat or get answers at any time

I have never been more confident in my career before than how I am right now after successfully completing my VA course. Professionally, I feel I have accomplished what I needed 3years ago. VA has made my job search easier, I can confidently negotiate my pay, I can boldly say I am a reliable person, and more importantly the skills and tools I gained from ALX as a VA, have made my work measurable, achievable, competent, and efficient. Thank you @ALX Africa I got my first client a week before my graduation in April, 2026 who is impressed by my work.

I’m currently enrolled in the Data Analytics course, and even mid‑journey, it’s been a valuable experience. The program is fast‑paced but structured, which keeps me accountable and engaged.
