Very solid, responsive and transparent

La atención recibida ha sido de gran calidad, segura y veloz.

For the most part, Aluni was a great mediator and was accommodating when there were issues in the flat. However, sometimes response times were delayed, but after several follow-ups, the problem would be resolved. However, in my specific flat, there was an issue with the AC that the technician could've fixed. Aluni never fixed it. Myself, plus another flatmate couldn't sleep a single night for the last month we were there because Aluni refused to help and they refused to give us a reduction in rent.

Everything Was perfect

Estoy alojada en un piso por Aluni y solamente intentan sacar dinero.
No ponen facilidades nunca.
Si es cierto que una chica que había antes trabajando cuyo nombre empieza por "E" era majísima y muy atenta con los inquilinos.
Sin embargo, la persona que vino tras ella irse, no proporciona facilidades ningunas.

Recomendable al 100 por cien. Gestión perfecta, siempre pendiente de las necesidades. Estoy muy contento con ellos.

Una plataforma segura para encontrar alojamientos, confiable y con contratos reales. El equipo presta asistencia inmediata si se requiere. Los precios de alquiler aquí con mucho mas accesibles para estudiantes y tienen la oportunidad de recuperar la fianza incluso si haces una marcha anticipada del lugar, algo que no he visto en ninguna otra aplicación.

Siempre existió un buen trato de parte de ALUNI hacia mi. El piso que renté era casi igual a como se veía en las fotos. Es una gran ventaja que se pueda pagar a través de la página mediante tarjetas de crédito. Lo único que puede mejorar es la velocidad en la entrega de la fianza. Si planificaste tus gastos en base a esta entrega, puede afectarte que se demoren.

Very trustworthy site. It was easy to book a room online in advance, the check-in procedure worked very well and the room was as promised. The service-fee was also reasonable compared to a lot of other housing sites. We had a problem with our radiator once and Aluni did send someone to fix it the day after contacting them. Overall a good experience.
