A London boutique has always provided the best service. I have been shopping with them for over 4 years. Fast delivery, any questions you have they reply really fast. The clothes and swimwear are amazing quality and unique designs that are in trend!!

I would give this company a zero star if I could the reviews r shocking I’ve paid twice too send an item back klarna has paused payments now they get back to me and they r calling me a scam when all over the internet they r none as scams guys avoid the stress they dont give your money back they argue with u they r the worst company ive ever dealt with avoid

Items did arrive but were extremely cheap quality.

Returned items, which you have to pay for yourself. I had an email with a photo confirming the delivery had been signed for. Emailed multiple times and tried the live web chat with no reply. Owed over £100 from this company.

DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. I returned an item months ago and was told a month later that a refund would come back to me. It has now been 3 months and they have proceeded to ignore every single email I have sent since. Looks like they do this to people quite often. Disgusting.

Absolute disgrace. Zero customer service I’m convinced this site is a scam. My daughter purchased a dress that was apparently posted to America by mistake only to then be told that the dress had landed in Australia. The tracking said it’s still in the UK nearly 3 weeks later

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. This company have been suspended by Companies House for failing to produce accounts. It appears that the owner has a history of setting up businesses and closing them down when he has ripped off enough customers.

I am owed nearly £300 for 4 dresses- one of which I didn't order. They were returned for a refund. They confirmed that they were satisfied with the condition then refused a refund. Now they ignore me.

It is shocking how companies get away with what can only be described as theft. The only option left is the Small Claims Court which I am currently pursuing.

Having ordered my daughter 18th birthday outfit that we had to exchange back in September, we were didn’t have time to wait for an exchange, we just re ordered and sent the original outfit back for a full refund (£80) we are now slowly approaching December and I have had no reply refund or any communication what so ever all my messages have been ignored and they have unfollowed me on social media. how strange. So just a heads up that they clearly need the £80 so be very cautious when ordering as there clothes are not cheap. Especially when your daughter is an apprentice and doesn’t earn a lot and they stole her money absolutely disgusting…..

Steer clear! An obvious thief who judging by the age wants to grow up knocking about this genre and stealing off people. Avoid at all costs! Took the purchase back and never refunded a penny, then went in to hiding like the coward he is. SHAMBLES OF A HUMAN representing a shambles of a company.

We just received the 3 tier cake stand. Not possible to assemble as the drilled holes are too small for the pipes. So not able to build?

If I could give less than one star, I would. This ‘company’ is run by scam artists who have no idea how to run a business. I ordered a dress with next day delivery and still haven’t received my delivery, an update email or a tracking number and it has been over a week! I have contacted the company multiple times and requested a refund, I am yet to receive a response. I am disgusted with the lack of communication and service I have received. As I have not received any form of response from this poor excuse or a company I have contacted my bank as well as trading standards and this matter is currently being resolved. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY AND THEN PROCEED TO IGNORE YOU.

Tried contacting alondon several times in regards to exchanges/refund via email, to no avail. I then began contacting them via Instagram! They have since blocked me 🤣 I WANT A REFUND! Very unprofessional company, obviously ran by amateurs. Will be reporting to trading standards. This company should be unable to trade EVER AGAIN. They honestly do not know how to run a business. Btw, consumer rights act 2015 states that you are entitled to a full refund! Not store credit!! If they do not allow you to be refunded, contact trading standards

FRAUD!They agreed to sell wholesale, we settled the account and we never delivered. The damage for our company was huge and we still cannot get a response/reply.
Now the legal dep is taking charge of the case.

I am in the process of taking the matter further that I have with alondonboutique. I ordered back in march to be told it has a delay on this product. I got back in touch as waited a very long time to then be told “sorry it’s running later than expected but will also give me a free bikini. Clearly did not receive, for me then to have to get back in contact with them to then tell me they was giving me a full refund and a credit note complimentary as a apology. I’m still waiting on refund and it’s now end of July 😡. I’m in the process of getting what I’m entitled to and this is to never happen to anybody else. Also guys just to let you know they BLOCKED ME OFF INSTAGRAM. Be very aware of this site.

I bought a pair of the vertigo leggings from this online store. I hadn’t received after 10 days I emailed about this I got a response straight away saying that there was an error and there was a 10 day delay in their shipment, and that they will send a complimentary swimsuit with this. After still not receiving my parcel for another 10 days I emailed again. They are now ignoring all emails and refusing to give me a refund!
