allweathers are 1st rate,thinking i had a problem with my order i phoned them and talked to Jon, he told me he would track my parcel and get back to me.Within 15 mins Allweathers called me back,with the news that my order would be delivered that afternoon (and it was). Fantastic company to use and extremely competitive prices. I ordered a Barbour Tarras bag and not only was it far cheaper than anywhere else it also arrived earlier than expected. They stock a wide range of outdoor clothing and equipment. Will definitely use again.

ordered next day delivery, according to the countdown clock on their website I was still eligible for this. Didn't get it next day, sent them an email to which I received a reply saying they already collected and I should have paid a different delivery option. Very helpful AFTER my order was sent. No offer of refunding the difference in postage that I have now paid for no reason. Will stick to my usual Larger company for outdoor wear next time.

Allweathers surpassed our expectations with their speedy and efficient service even down to an exchange on size (which was our fault, not theirs) the whole turnaround was five days even allowing for ordering at the weekend.

Buying a jacket to fit online can be difficult -- but not with Allweathers. Darren took the time to measure two Barbour Lutz jackets for me and reflect on previous sales as a guide to fit. The jacket arrived the next day and was the right size. Darren gave good advice and filled in the gaps that online retail can leave. BTW -- A great place to get a Barbour wax jacket -- they hold stock out of season, when Barbour's attention turns to summer.

Bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas, easy, fast delivery no problems.
Sleeve stitching started to come away 2 months later, Called Allweathers on Friday, returned jacket on the Monday and Wednesday received brand new jacket.

Ordered before 2.30 and had my barbour jacket by 11.00 the next day significantly cheaper than from barbour direct. What's not to like?

We were doing the transaction over the phone at a very busy time for both of us and my order arrived 2 days later just in time for Christmas. Genuinely good prices. Ordered a Barbour bag on a wednesday evening, selected a two-day delivery option. Package was shipped the next working day and delivered the day after that on a next-day service. And price was the best on the 'net too. Brilliant service, great price. A very happy customer who will gladly buy from allweathers.co.uk in the future.

We bought our tent about 18 months ago (probably outside of warranty?). On a camping trip to the New Forest last week, I experienced a problem with the tent that could've ended our holiday. After a quick call to Allweathers, we spoke to Darren and he was extremely helpful. Before fully understanding the issue, he offered to lend us a tent, or provide a temporary waterproofing solution to allow us to complete our holiday. Luckily this wasn't necessary, as we were due to travel home before any really bad weather came.

Once we fully explained what had happened, he understood that it was likely a manufacturing defect, and was straight away in contact with the tent manufacturer to agree how to sort the problem out. Unfortunately, the tent was not repairable, but he managed to agree with them to replace the tent. Today (4 days after the issue happened), we picked up a brand new tent, which will allow us to holiday again before the end of the season.

I have never experienced this level of after sales service from ANY other shop. Very impressed. Allweathers, you have won a life long customer. Well... at least until we can't go camping anymore! Thank you.
