Expectations on delivery dates need clarifying on the website. I'm leaving this review because I found all the recent ones on this site reflecting the experience I was having - delivery still overdue a week later than expected, the same templated email response about next day dispatch through Royal Mail 24 but no tracking as it was under 2kgs etc.
My product did however arrive after I contacted them and it came Royal Mail signed for. I'm sure my contacting them prompted the item dispatch as I hadn't received a dispatch note for the item before then which the original order confirmation said I should expect when processing completed. I would advise customers to pay through Paypal which the site currently accepts and contact them if you haven't received the item by your expected date. If AMP managed the final shipping/tracking of goods a little better I'd have no issues recommending them as a supplier.
On a final note to some of the other reviews, as far as I can tell, my part does also appear to be a genuine part (Husqvarna motor). Thanks

I feel stupid now, having read these reviews as I have been affected like so many on here.I ordered replacement blades and didn't;t get a confirmation email so emailed the company who said it had been dispatched to royal Mail but they can't track it as it's under 2kgs.
I emailed again and got the exact same reply, word for word.
SCAMMERS AVOID!

Order a new belt . Advise take around 5 working days but it's been over a month and still nothing has arrived . I emailed them and they said they look into it and get back to me but since then have ignored my emails . Avoid at all costs. Total waste of money

Ordered blades for ride on mower. Not received, no response to my phone calls or emails. Do not order from them! Did get an immediate refund through PayPal.

Terrible company, order didn't arrive wouldn't answer phone or emails, luckily paid via PayPal so managed to get a refund, would avoid company as customer service is non existent

Ordered three DIFFERENT belts at separate times, they sent the same belt three times which doesn’t fit.
They don’t answer emails or calls.

Parts never arrived. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. Thank goodness for Section 75.

Firstly, let me say the good part; the goods I ordered did turn-up today by RM 48 post. This frankly surprised me. I was convinced a non-delivery would occur & I'll explain why shortly.

The goods were a pair of alleged Stihl chainsaw chains. I've loaded one but at time of review, not yet tried out.

Now the bad bits:

A) I was warned that couriers had problems & deliveries could be delayed. I'm mot aware of such general problems and indeed suddenly I got an emailed update announcing "despatched".

B) I had no indication of delivery day or method & needed items urgently..

C) After a couple of days of no delivery I both emailed their advertised customer service email address (no reply to date for the now 2 emails I sent) & checked Trustpilot reviews which were extremely low rate & disturbing.

D) I telephoned their published cust servs number & phone was answered & dropped several times. Finally I got an automated response stating no one available - goodbye.

My suggestion:

Avoid as they effectively have zero customer services.

Ordered a chainsaw bar in October which was supposed to be instock arrived in February company doesn't answer phone calls and very Ltd poor email communication overall the worst online service I've had useless

Ordered new mower part 3 weeks ago. Part never arrived.tried phoning but never answer the phone. Numerous emails not responded. Had to resort to refund from bank. Avoid.

Ordered a part and was sent the incorrect item, they responded immediately to my complaint then fell off the radar, haven't been able to get in contact with someone for over two weeks.
Waiting for a refund and an address I can return the wrong part to.

Placed an order for a mower handle on the 26th May. Website stated dispatched in 24 hours. Still hadn't received item by the 6th June, so I emailed them. i was told the item was OOS and would be in stock on the 8th June. Still no item, so I emailed them again. No response. Called them on the 13th to hear an automated message saying no one was available to take my call. I've had to claim backmy money via PayPal. Avoid this company

They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Home loan specialists are impossible to contact. You have to try for weeks at a time, and when you catch them, they are abrupt, unreliable, and clueless.
I applied online for refinancing for PPR, I received an email that I had been pre-qualified, and they then advised me to take the next step.
During this time, they hit my Credit File with multiple inquiries over a short time. I questioned this practice and made a complaint but no answer!
After all the hassle and 'to and fro’ for multiple weeks, they declined my application. I was informed by a short email. I’m stunned by this decision. My credit score is very high with a clean file. My income is good. Is this because I made a complaint? I do not know.
I moved on and refinanced my PPR to NAB Health for a very low interest.
I consider myself lucky not to be stuck with AMP!

They don’t deliver very quickly

If you see an item you need advertiser by this company and think their “24 hour dispatch time” means you’ll get the item within a couple of days you won’t. You get an email on order saying they “Aim” within 5 working days, which essentially means you’ll wait 7-10 days for the item. Waste of time, stick to local suppliers!!

Supplied incorrect part - they do not answer emails or telephone calls - so if you want to waste your money on the wrong parts and dreadful service this is the place for you.....

Poor quality 'non-genuine' substandard products only surpassed by their even poorer quality communications and refusal to accept any liability for their actions. They provided an alleged 'equivalent' Mountfield mower belt, which snapped pretty quickly. I purchased a genuine belt from another supplier, and compared the two. The AMP belt was shorter and lighter than the genuine belt, but no response from AMP when the product sent back for examination. Rubbish product, rubbish service. Best avoided.

Pretty appaling business model, I ordered a chain for a saw described as Stihl and with Stihl's part number. What arrived was a chinese copy. My protest recieved a reply which said that anything they sell described as 'replacement' is actually "non genuine". Might be an idea to describe it as 'non-genuine. Muppets.

Poor service . Was told 3/5 days delivery . Took 2 weeks , tried blaming Royal Mail . Then said will be within 24 hours , guess what? 4 days later no item . Joke of a company! DO NOT USE!

5 Months after asking All Mower Parts UK to amend their poor and misleading description of Stilhl replacement chainsaw chains on their website, All Mower Parts UK have never changed the description as promised to make it clear for other potential customers,

Hopefully once I leave a negative review for this product, other customers will not be duped into purchasing these inferior chain saw chains that come from Australia. If customers do not want to purchase Stihl chains, they would be better to purchase
Oregon chains. All Mower Parts UK chains do not hold up and this must be the reason for not changing the description to alert other customers of these poor chains.

Talk about air miles also coming from Australia. This is probably another reason why thy continue with the same misleading listing on their website.

All Mower Parts UK web site does not state the brand name, where it is sourced and most importantly does not state to fit a Stihl Chainsaw. Instead they lead off in the title by stating Stihl Chainsaw Chain etc. There is virtually no description.

Why not provide this information to assist potential customers to help make a purchasing decision?

These are crap chains!
