Allied Mobility Arvostelua 

Called the Glasgow branch for advice as the rear bumper on the tailgate is rattling due to the rivets getting loose. I was just told”nah we don’t have any info on those”. Considering Allied do the conversion I was most annoyed with the response and the general “ I couldn’t give a sh*t” tone from the parts department person.

The people we dealt with were extremely helpful, all our questions were answered and everything was explained to us so we knew what was happening right up to the date of delivery. Extremely helpful and explained everything on the day and ensured we were ready to drive the car

Compre un vehículo adaptado en allied mobility. Pensando que era la mejor opción y me

Esta empresa le falla la responsabilidad de hacerse cargo cuando un vehículo da fallos.
Se te crea un problema cuando llevas el vehículo a la casa y te dicen que lo lleves donde lo comprasteis, El vehículo se ha manipulado partes para ser adaptado, la casa ya no se hace cargo.
Allied Mobility mo tiene taller propio por lo que te quedas tirado sin poder hacer efectiva la garantía.
Por lo que es mas recomendable comprar el vehículo en concesionario oficial y después llevarlos a talleres especializados en adaptación como" Rehatrans".
Yo después de comprar un vehículo nuevo me he quedado sin garantías y me ha costado reparar en mi taller habitual.
Si Alliend Mobility tuviese la responsabilidad de encargarse de solucionar ellos los problemas en vez de dejarte tirado, sería una buena opción sus vehículos adaptados.
Espero con estás reseñas ayudar a otras personas a elegir.

A long wait for the car to arrive. It was worth the wait. Handover was done in a friendly, professional manner. Had a phone call the next day making sure everything was fine

From the time I contacted you until my daughters car was delivered we had efficient service. I was kept in contact and informed in good time of my purchase. The car was delivered in a short time after we ordered it. So far we are very pleased with everything about it.

From the moment I was awarded my grant to getting my vehicle allied were fabulous. Keeping me informed all the way.

Initial viewing was really good ,but on delivery day the driver didn't spend any time explaining anything, it was just a quick show of attaching the wheelchair. 1st drive out I had no idea how to use heater, it was freezing.

From initial meeting to discuss the car to it being delivered it has just been amazing. Everything was organised and even took the old car away with them. Good explanation of how to use the new vehicle and was kept up to date during the whole process either through the online portal or by telephone. I can't thank and praise them enough

Allied Mobility is the second time we used this company and I wouldn't use anyone else. The staff was so helpful especially Monique so kind and lovely.

Allied are happy to help with any query. All the staff we had communications with are brilliant, approachable, polite and happy to help. Allied are very efficient with booking test drives/demo's of their vehicles. My family are returning customers and we will never use anyone else!

Ordering the vehicle was great the representative who brought the vehicles for us to test to make sure it was suitable for Lilian. We were kept informed how the vehicle was getting the adaptions done. I would definitely recommend allied mobility to other people.

Went to a day arranged by Allied Mobility at Chatham Historic Dockyard and viewed many WAVs & got information. Helped me to choose my next vehicle.
The whole process from ordering to delivery went very smoothly and communication was brilliant.
Can't fault a thing from beginning to end.

Straight forward, good communication and service.

Good advice from the sales rep. Offered a test drive and an in depth review of the wheelchair equipment. Unfortunately when the vehicle arrived it was the wrong colour. Also a refund was still unavailable for an item given as goodwill gesture. Some negative points but I'm sure the road will be smooth going forward.

Brilliant service. Friendly, great communication. We had 2 demonstrations and both times were talked through pros and cons of each vehicle. Finding what was best for us rather than easiest for them.

Excellant and quick service from demonstration to delivery always kept in the loop. Been with allied for 7 years never a problem
