Alice Bow Arvostelua 

I’ve ordered back 10/05 and still have not received my order. The same story, they sent me an email to say that there is a delay. Then what name I would like as I have requested “personalised”. I have replied but never heard from them again. I’ve sent numerous emails and left messages on the answer machine. They never pick up the phone and looks like answering machine is for 24/7. Is this company a con? They should never get away with this. Lying and deceiving customers by taking their money! And even use the Duchess of Cambridge for their Marketing to sell their insoles! They should be on Watchdog!

I ordered insoles at £33.90 on 10.5.21 and received acknowledgement and then 2 weeks ago an email arrived to say there was a delay and since then nothing I have just emailed them to chase this up. But now reading these reviews it looks likely I will not hear from them or receive my order. I should have read these reviews first.

I placed 2 orders in early April totalling 12 items and over £200. It is now 13/6 and I have heard nothing. I’ve emailed all 3 addresses 3 times; left comments on Twitter and FB but nothing. They took my money straight away.

BEWARE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered insoles with plenty of time to receive the shipment. The order was confirmed. Shortly after they contacted me to say they were having difficulty meeting the shipping dates but if urgent please contact them - providing a email address and a UK phone number. I wrote an email - saying if they shipped now there was still time to get the order at an address I was soon leaving. NO RESPONSE. I contacted them again NO RESPONSE. I contacted them again and cancelled the order and asked for a refund - surprise NO RESPONSE. Now I have to take on this with my VISA company - I always win -good documentation but who needs the trouble. So I am warning you unless you want the hassle -DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible! I ordered on April 24 and haven't received the product. Today, as I'm writing, is May 12. They responded to my emails twice when I asked (and called) multiple times that there has been a delay. If you have a wedding, do not buy from Alice Bow because you won't have a chance to use the insoles on your important day!

Be careful !
I ordered two pairs of insoles online on last April 14. My account was debited and the order confirmed by email.
I have not heard from them since and my emails and social media messages have not been answered.
Î’m afraid this company is dubious or really disorganised and I am about to start a procedure !

Still waiting for my order that was submitted six weeks ago. No replies to any of my emails and no telephone number available. I do not feel confident that the order will be honoured.There is little else I can say other than to make the purchaser be aware of the obvious problems within the company. Very disappointing.

I have been waiting for my order for a month. I have tried contacting Alice Bow via every means possible with no response. I am very doubtful that I will receive my order or refund.

BUYER BEWARE. They will take your money and then nothing. No replies to multiple emails or Instagram messages. Nothing. I’ve ordered three times and every time it takes multiple attempts for a reply. Never again.

Happy with the insoles. Ordered before in the past and they make my sneakers so comfy to wear. Elana was lovely when I emailed she had replied to my emails but they went in the junk and I thought I was being ignored. I come to leave this review and see other reviews about emails not being replied, I advise them people to check the spam folder

delivery did take longer than expected but I was updated and received the order last week, very happy with the items

I ordered the insoles and received an email two weeks later that the order was delayed. Another two weeks have passed and I paid the charge on my credit card. I am still waiting and have emailed Alice Bow to get an update on my order. They have never responded. Terrible customer service - I'll never order again.

I haven't received my order, yet the money has been taken. I have been e-mailing for the past two weeks and now send an e-mail daily...with no reply.
I had previously ordered and liked the products and whilst I appreciate things go wrong there is no excuse for ignoring customers. I will never order from Alice Bow again.

These insoles are so comfortable!! I really love the ones for flat shoes because they have a little extra height in them and now I never get blisters anymore.!! Great product!!

Took a little longer than expected to arrive, but not too surprising with international shipping these days. Customer service was responsive and willing to resend, but I received them in the interim. They’re beautiful and easy to insert, and comfortable. I think they’ll make wearing my heels a lot more comfortable on my wedding day.

More colour insole options would be good because I love these insoles just what I was looking for
