Great journey to and from the hotel excellent drivers .Can't fault the staff ,food,and nightly entertainment the only complaint was the rooms they were like ovens just a small opening at the top of window no air getting in making the fan useless because only hot air getting circulated

Excellent value for money,Our driver worked very hard and did a superb job.Lots of coach travel around Ireland but that’s the only way too see different parts of that beautiful country.Hotel and staff were lovely and so was the food,overall a very good holiday.

This was my first holiday with Alfa. Our coach trip was Royal London. I thought the feeder coach would take me to Tamworth but no it picked up many on the way to Rotherham!
The driver's were fine, chatty and helpful, the coaches clean and comfortable.
The hotel was awful. Advertised as a 4* my impression was barely a 2*. It needs a complete overhaul. The food portions in the evening were small, lacking imagination and I was left feeling hungry.
However the tour around London was amazing. Gary the guide was funny, thoughtful and very informative. Hats off to Tim for driving through a very busy London city.
Buckingham Palace, Windsor castle and the trip to St Albans were fab.
A lovely break let down by the hotel.

Had a great holiday to Eastbourne ,no problems on the way down and on the way back. Hotel has was very good in all aspects room food staff . Located very central.

Just good overall value for money. Staff very attentive and friendly. Will book again.

I thought that the hotel was well run. The food was good & our waitress was lovely & ready to accommodate any requests. My room was adequate but lovely fresh sheets. The bar staff were great & so were the prices.
I thought the entertainment was poor,I know many people were older I myself am older but I’m very young in my ways & thought one entertainer was very silly @ times. The driver was good @ driving but he put loud old music on & was silly in his approach to us, he also took us round the long way & that was not appreciated, an 8hr journey was not enjoyable.

Hotel was ok, beds were comfortable and meals were good. Room cleaning was haphazard, one day it was after 5pm when we were back from our trip.

Relaxed and friendly service for 7 days

Very good value for money, good hotels, fine food, excellent excursions, professional drivers, clean coaches with usb charging facilities and WiFi.
For what you pay per day, you could not do it for less yourself.

Hotel Eliot was great, good clean rooms. The pool was small but just what we needed with the heat wave. The loungers were very comfortable, and with no need to run out and lay a towel down, they were very relaxing. The food could have be better. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The starters and desserts were great but the the main course was a let down with few choices. The salads were real good though. The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially the wait staff. The excursions were great but I have to say planning an excursion the day after arrival after a 16 hour coach ride wasn't a really smart thing to do. Perhaps a rest day the first day would have been wiser. The coach driver, Lee, was excellent. Knowledgeable about the places we visited and very good at maneuvering that huge coach around some really small windy roads. We felt very safe with him. Overall a brilliant trip. We didn't want to leave and we felt we could have stayed longer pity that the option of a longer stay was unavailable as we would have certainly taken it.

Hotel as expected, catering well for coach parties, though with stairs to our room.

We’ve been going with Alfa for 20 years, and they’ve always been excellent, friendly, happy people that work in every aspect of the company, knowledgeable drivers, plus days out that are inclusive in the cost! Also the choice of destinations is extensive.

The coach driver James, patience, safe driver, informative. Good sense of humour. The trip were at a leisurely pace allowing plenty of time to explore. Examples Warwick Castle had time to do dungeon experience and plenty of time to explore rest of Castle. Stratford-upon-Avon had time for boat ride. I can understand the reason for hotel choice but nothing in area, however was clean and helpful, issues resolved quickly. However food was only warm not hot and no cold choice eg salads.

We loved our holiday, lots of travelling, but we knew this before we booked. Our coach driver, Dave was an absolute star, he had lots of patience with some very awkward passengers, moaning for moaning sake. The tour guide we had on one of our trips was fantastic. One of the highlights was the jaunty car ride, so lovely going around the park. The breakfast at the hotel was a little hectic, but this is for the hotel to adjust, possibly stagger times when they have a large group and families of 4, should have a table together, but this isn’t your issue. The holiday was real value for money, we couldn’t have undertaken this holiday for the price you gave. I do feel the older people who book with you, and those with mobility issues should ask more questions at point of booking to hopefully prevent some of the niggles, but this for them to sort out and not you. We would definitely book another holiday with you, as it takes the pressure of driving off my husband. Thank you, Karen and Keith Powney

I had a fabulous holiday, the hotel was amazing! Very clean and the staff were wonderful! Our waitress was awesome and very helpful! I would definitely use Alfa again! The location was beautiful, Llandudno is beautiful. Thank you very much xxx

On the whole the holiday was very enjoyable and our driver Tim was excellent. The London guide was exceptional. Just a couple of niggles, particularly the long walk back to the coach after visiting Buckingham Palace. Also some confusion about the exhibition of Queen Elizabeth's gowns which we thought was included but was in fact a total separate entity. Otherwise a great trip with a nice hotel.
