Alexander Hall Mortgage Advisers Arvostelua

We honestly couldn't recommend Rafael from Alexander Hall highly enough!

As first-time buyers, the mortgage process initially felt quite daunting, but Rafael has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He's incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and patient, and has made the entire process feel so straightforward and stress-free.

He's always been so responsive, happy to answer our many questions and genuinely lovely to deal with.

We've just received our formal mortgage offer super quicker than expected and couldn't be happier! We're so grateful for all his help and will absolutely be recommending him to all our friends and family.

Thank you so much, Rafael. You've been brilliant! 😊

Myself and my husband were a little lost in applying for our first mortgage, and Molly and Lucy were helpful, kind and incredibly dedicated throughout the process. They were able to consider some complex employment circumstances, and it felt like they really championed us throughout the process. They kept us informed promptly at each stage of the application and with all of our many questions throughout, and even when things didn't go our way with a property valuation, they were able to give us informed advice. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in future.

We have just remortgaged for the first time with Alexander Hall.

Me and my partner had the pleasure of being helped by Chris and Farah. Chris was communicative throughout the whole process and I experienced nothing but professionalism. He explained everything in simple terms and was extremely responsive. Chris and Farah also managed to get me a lower rate, even when we had one locked in which was great news.

I couldn't recommend Alexander hall more but more specifically Chris and Farah. Thank you!

I have been using Alexander Hall Mortgage Advisers for more than three years, and they have always been extremely helpful. Rafael has managed my case from day one and has consistently been professional, responsive, and highly efficient. I would definitely recommend their services.

Patrick Hulse is truly the best, been working with him the last couple of years and he always gives the best advise and rates. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service provided by Chris and Farah

Third timing using Alexander Hall and service was fantastic as usual. Lamarr took time to answer any questions I had and was polite and prompt doing so.

Thanks for making my dream happen, many thanks to Amirah Nawaz for her proactive and positive support during this process.

Absolutely flawless experience. Richard and Diane were very efficient in shepherding us through the process. They were always available for questions and made an extra effort to ensure that our first experience of buying a home in the UK was outstanding.

Great seamless experience with Jack! Would definitely recommend him and the team..

Everything was explained in a manner I could understand and follow, Alston guided me through the whole journey, always communicating and keeping me updated

A 5 star experience from the whole team - always making sure we get the best deal from the mortgage to the protection and legal with great communication

Very helpful and professional company. I had absolutely no trouble with them and a big thank you to Lucy who was especially brilliant.

I went through a re-mortgage with a few unexpected hiccups. Throughout the entire process, Will Robert was incredibly vigilant, proactive, and efficient. He didn't just flag potential concerns, he always brought a solution to the table. If it wasn't for his thoughtful guidance and constant chasing at every step, I would have lost my chance to get it. My deepest respect for Will goes beyond his work. Having worked for 38 years, I can tell the difference between people who work just to get a job done, and those who work humanely, kindly, and whole-heartedly. I truly felt Will handled my case with the genuine care and honesty.

Lucy Chalker has been amazing from start to finish. She made the whole mortgage process feel so much easier and was always there whenever we had a question or needed some advice. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she kept us updated and reassured throughout.
What I appreciated most was how personal the service felt. We never felt like just another client. Lucy genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us and made what could have been a really stressful process feel straightforward.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Lucy enough. Thank you for everything!

As a first time buyer, Alexander Hall and in particular Ptolemy, made the mortgage process simple and clear. I received fantastic communication from him through each step of the process, as well as being presented with the best deals as the market changed. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a broker.

We cannot recommend Graeme Lockwood at Alexander Hall highly enough!
We have used Graeme before, and he is the only mortgage broker we would ever use. He is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and professional, and we trust his advice completely.
Graeme is always available, responds extremely quickly and takes the time to answer every question, no matter how big or small. He makes the entire mortgage process smooth and stress-free, and we have complete confidence that he will always secure the best possible deal for us.
His expertise, honesty and dedication are exactly why we keep coming back to him.
Thank you so much, Graeme, for your continued support and outstanding service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Rafael Ferreira is patient, skilled and flexible. I required an overeas mortgage with a number of complexities and Rafael found the right mortgage provider and ensured all the requirements were clear and understood, and of course a great deal. All I had to do was tick off the check list. Thanks Rafael.

Excellent mortgage broker. Straightforward and honest. Explained fees and rates up front. Process was smooth and fast. Highly recommended.
