Very tiny issue not of Alectrofag making - final delivery only. Ewan and his Team members all went out of their way to resolve and rectify without hesitation. Would highly recommend both the customer service team and Alectrofag as a company. Web site is clear, concise, products are displayed & can easily see what is in stock. Customer service is so good like I was…
Customer service is so good like I was supposed to order which free e liquids I wanted with my order and Ewan answered so fast he was a literally god send and said he was able to still send the liquids despite me forgetting to order them.
I’ve never had a problem with any orders from there.

Great help.
I order Ivg 2400 vapes often the most recent one I have used was not the best. When I used the first pod inside the vape it had burnt within an hour where as normally it would last at least 24 hours. Normally good vapes but this time it was a let down.
