Dear Nathan,

Thank you for your feedback. We truly value your input and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

For every Zap Instafill device, a set of manual instructions is included to help with understanding the working and assembly process. The manual provides step-by-step guidance on setting up the device. After assembly, it’s essential to turn the device upside down, allowing the e-liquid to flow into the coil. Additionally, giving the coil 10 minutes of prime time ensures it absorbs the e-liquid properly before use.

It’s unfortunate that you’ve had this issue, and we understand your frustration. We’ve received your email and will work to turn this experience into a positive one. Our team will follow up with you shortly to assist further.

Thank you for your patience, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Best regards,
Ewan Stewart

Dear Pat,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We’d like to share some helpful information about this product. As a high-puff device, it requires a prime time of approximately 10 minutes to allow the coil to fully absorb the e-liquid. Using the device before this priming period may lead to a burnt taste. We hope this clarification helps with understanding the device’s performance.

To further assist you, we kindly request your order number, as we are unable to retrieve your order information based on this review. Once we have the details, we will make it our priority to resolve this issue to your utmost satisfaction and ensure a better experience moving forward. Please leave us an email for our customer support team at Support@Alectrofag.co.uk.

We truly value your support and look forward to hearing back from you.

Best regards,
Team Alectrofag
